This site is ridiculous. I ordered a picnic basket that my wife wanted and they sent the wrong one. Later I found out that the one I ordered was discontinued, even though it was still posted on their website. They did't bother to call or send an email, they just sent me a different one! We sent it back for a refund and it has been almost a month since we shipped it back and they still have not refunded our money. Stay away from these guys! What a joke.

The quality of the goods received, which was extremely poor, was the least of my issues with the lack of professional behavior this company exhibits.
After paying $45.00 in return shipping for products of inferior quality (I took these items to a competitor and was told they were worth about 15% of what picnicbaskets.com was charging for them) I had to make no less than 4 phone calls before my credit card was finally refunded for the two items (minus the cost of the initial shipping which was advertised as 'free' on the website).
I am in the service industry and therefore tend to have great understanding and sympathy when things go wrong, but this company is truly a disgrace. In addition to the above, everyone that I dealt with was completely disinterested in helping me or turning me into a happy customer. I would seriously advise anyone thinking of ordering from this business to steer clear.
