I've placed four orders with this company. I did have a problem with an incorrect product shipped to me once, but the issue was fixed in a timely manner. They have some hard to find products and very fast shipping. I've been satisfied.
Ordered 180 roars worth (5 x 4 ounce bags) and only one bag had mild effect. The other 4 bags made me nauseous and sick with no positive effects. I've been using kratom for a year now, I only do 4-8 grams a day total and I only take it at night. Trust me when I say that this is awful kratom and they have no labs to prove its quality and have no money back guarantee. The Golden Monk is much better by far.
I typically use Gaia but this is so much better like the quality is just intense no pain whatsoever I probably took a little bit too much that tomorrow I'm going to reduce the amount and I think the effects will be perfect
Where to begin... I ordered on June 20th & received the wrong package for the wrong person meaning that that person now has my info & I have their's. I contacted the company & got a response that day on how they were going to reship that same day. Well if they had done that I would have gotten my order by now which I haven't. I sent an email asking if I could get a tracking number to which I got no response. I sent a couple more emails & have used the messaging system on their site & still heard nothing. They don't even bother to list their phone number on site. Great company if you want to get RIPPED OFF.
I tried this product for the first time using this site. I really enjoyed the experience. Their customer service was beyond reproach. I didn't receive my order the first time, because I think my mailman placed the envelope into the wrong slot. I notified customer service and they sent me out a new batch the next day, no charge.
I was using a different big vender and stumbled on Phytoextractum website. I was surprised to see how affordable their product is. I was in shock when i got my order overnight and the product was high quality. Good job Phyto!
I ordered the white maeng da. The product I received does not look like, smell like, or have the same density as true white maeng da. It has an unfamiliar scent- an additive. I believe you sell a kratom blend/tea, but on your website you advertise your products as "kratom".
I contacted the company about a product I bought and never heard back. I bought Blue Lotus and it tasted like ramen noodle seasoning. When I asked if that is what it was supposed to taste like, they never responded. And, it did nothing.
This business offers UPS Next Day Air shipping and here I am 4 day's later without my order and no indication that it has ever even left the warehouse. I'm disgusted with this and am now going to have to place ANOTHER order with a different company and hope their next day air delivery system is competent. Never again. I should've at least gotten a notification that my order has been lost or cancelled or whatever, even though I was charged the $100 for it.

My last order with Phytoextractum was quite an experience. I ordered my herbs and supplements from Phyto and when it was shipped it was supposed to be here in 3 days. Well, USPS gave us a ton of issues, claimed that phyto printed a label with an incorrect address. I confirmed through phytoextractum customer care that USPS made a mistake and Phyto indeed had the correct label. They were able to resend us the herbs and supplements again due to USPS losing our package. Phyto, I'm sorry that USPS blamed you for that bad label and I fully know that they were at fault. - My experience with Phytoextractum: They care about the customer and want to resolve issues! Thank you guys again for being the only place I will buy my herbs and supplements.
I have been shopping online with these guys for many years. Shipping is mostly prompt (ups fedex sometimes have their usual hiccups lolz) ricing is great compared to lots of others, and most importantly, excellent customer service! I have been shopping online with Phytoextractum for over 3 years now and the service and quality of the products has been exceptional. I've responded many times to their survey letting them know this but what compels me to write a review here is a recent experience I had. As usual I ordered the product from them that I have used for years but they unfortunately sent me the wrong one (a very similar product, but nonetheless, not exactly what I ordered). I contacted them online letting them know this and that I was traveling on business soon and would like the 'right' product before I left. Without hesitation they apologized and jumped on filling my order and expedited it so that it arrived in time for my trip. In addition to this, they didn't make a fuss about me sending back the 'wrong' product (i. E., they let me keep it).
Again, I've been very happy with their products and services and that's why I continue to come back. I think you'll find many reviews like this online but I thought this deserved some additional feedback in a forum like this. I'll continue to shop here for sure.

Received my first order on Monday and discovered the most expensive productI ordered and paid for was missing. Therewere problems with processing the order resulting in the cancellation of the order for this product. It was allegedly combined with the other product I ordered and allegedly mailed. I provided documentation to this company as requested only to dscover just now that a second shipment was processed and shipped today. Problem is I was charged again for both the product and shipping costs. No explanation why.
When I received my original order from Phytoextractum, it was missing one item. I sent an email to Customer Service and Mia replied by asking me to email a photo of my invoice/packing slip back to her. When I did, she replied promptly with a confirmation email and by shipping the backordered item which I received in just a few short days.

On 9/19/16 at 11:15am PST you emailed our support team to indicate you were missing one of the products you ordered. We responded at 3:43pm and indicated that we can resolve this for you, and we asked to see a photo of your invoice (this is to see which one of our production team members stamped your invoice for approval to ship, so that we can keep human error down). At 12:14am on Tuesday morning, you emailed us with the required photos as asked. At 5:22pm, we emailed you back to inform you that we have reshipped your missing item.
**Please note that we do no store credit card information, thus we are unable to charge a customer without their consent in any situation. **
I verified that the order was setup as a "reship" which means we log into the system as the customer, and place the order as a "money order" payment. Then, we immediately mark the order as "payment received" and it ships out as usual. Since this excludes the use of your bank or credit card, you don't need to worry about being charged twice.
At 6:52 you emailed saying that you were double charged, then you left this review. We followed up with you the following morning at 8:03am on 9/21 confirming that you were not charged since this was a reshipment for a missing product.
I also would like to mention, that we upgraded your shipping to FedEx Overnight in consolation to this human error, which we apologize for. As you can imagine with the ban on kratom in just a few short days, all vendors are overloaded with orders and working 12+ hour shifts to get all customer orders out on time; human error is bound to be made and we apologize.
In short, you were not double charged, and we sent your product back out to you with upgraded shipping.
