I can't really tell the difference between your quality types. I'm assuming more expensive is better, but I don't know. Not sure how you would fix that. I didn't look hard for descriptions. The upload process has not been improved over the past year. The same problems persist. E.g. every time I upload a new version of the project I have to re-define all of the default values. E.g. use first page as cover, etc.
I received the books, both have some minor printing issues - but one has major problems with the binding (it's poor manufacturing - there were loose pages / pages coming out at delivery) and it's darker than the other one. There's a major difference between the two books. I tried contacting the company on-line but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping I can have it re-printed. Michelle Nyland *******@gmail.com *******693
not enough information on website to make decision on what product to order. live chat is very helpful
A little frustrating as concerned about page numbers will not be cropped out and support people couldn't give me assurance, so I will print one book and not three.
Website is a bit difficult to navigate to make sure I am ordering what I need and there is not customer service number to call for assistance. Otherwise, I do like your product and that you offer single pages.
I think the previews for the book are misleading and I am worried about how my book will turn out. The crop guides appear to be HUGE and should not be cutting off what they appear to be cutting off. I hope that it doesn't print this way, as there is PLENTY of space for cuts around the 6x9 page design.
Once I get the product I can better answer your survey. But I would like the print layout to have more flexibility (adding removing pages). Also, the flaps (back and front) don't seem to match what they should be so I'm hoping someone is actually viewing the book before printing. The scanner did not recognize the flap boundaries.
Directions a little unclear. The cropping directions imply that the cover image cannot bleed, that it must be fully contained or eliminated.
Be nice to be able to edit photo once you have uploaded... seems expensive shipping .... had to know what the quality will be
Price of the book was higher and the quality was not as good as what i use to get through apple. As for the order process it was excellent and was nice you could upload the apple PDF.
Instructions are good, but you have to hunt around to find them. Modifying a project is difficult enough I would just delete it and start over
When selecting "Image Cover" the print margins should include the image (and text) generated in Aperture.
