Website is slow. Thumbnails don't show. Uploading photos is not intuitive once you've created a project. Adding photos to page is not intuitive.

I think the previews for the book are misleading and I am worried about how my book will turn out. The crop guides appear to be HUGE and should not be cutting off what they appear to be cutting off. I hope that it doesn't print this way, as there is PLENTY of space for cuts around the 6x9 page design.

Your customer service was great and your website made it easy to put the book together. I wish you had photo samples on yur website of different covbers and paper.

Really like the product and the pricing. I teach a High School photo class and have had a bunch of my kids order from here because of the products and I will continue to next year as well. I don't like the painfully limited ability to design the pages and layout pictures. But that was easily remedied by doing all the layouts in Photoshop and uploading the complete pages.

Shopping experience was wonderful. Site is user friendly and not too complicated to navigate. I will return to order additional books after the first order is received and reviewed.

This was a gift for my wife on our daughter's first birthday and it turned out better than I expected!

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that the color quality isn't that great (it' OK but not super rich) and also that there's no way to "shrink" down a true 8.5 x11 piece of paper to make 8.5x11 books. Because of the trim size, if you scrapbooked on an 8.5 x 11 and are turning it into a book, you're going to lose some stuff on the trims...I suppose that's probably just something you have to accept. It's better than nothing...but it's really not ideal. But then again, how many of your customers are using this specifically for turning old scrapbooks into paper books? LOL

Only small complaint is that I had trouble matching the spine colour to the back cover colour. But then someone the service department was very helpful.

so far my experience has been great. you folks really helped me out of a jam caused by apple no longer printing anything, but still letting you build a whole book without telling you that they don't print anything.

All good. Book looked great. Only small complaint is that the dust jacket was folded loosely. Not a snug fit on the book. Other than that - all good. Will order more books in the future.

Had trouble. Site not very user friendly for us old folks. Took me two days to figure out how to order what size book. But once I got the feel of it, went pretty smooth.
