I responded to sales data from phenofx which promised me an amazing return on my investment in crypto currency using an amazing automatic trading program. I invested £200 and after all the necessary paperwork finally had an account. When I looked at the account the next day I expected to see a healthy increase in my investment. WRONG. Not only was my investment just a few dollars up but also I was contacted by a phenofx finance broker saying that he was handling my investment, no a super-dooper automatic system. All the agent was concerned about was coercing me to invest more so that his commission would be higher. I have long sine given up trying to recover my investment. The customer services (that's a laugh) email address does not exist neither do any of the email addresses used by the staff to contact me. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AT ALL, IT'S A CON

Phenofx Review: Stay Away from This Fraudulent Company

My experience with Phenofx has been nothing short of a nightmare. I hesitate to label them as an outright "scam," but their incompetence and lack of knowledge in providing their advertised services are undeniable. The constant turnover of account managers has resulted in a complete lack of continuity and a frustrating experience overall.

I had engaged Phenofx under a third-party agreement to manage my account fully. However, their ineptitude became glaringly obvious when they left trades open for extended periods, leading to substantial losses on my part. It's astonishing that they failed to take responsibility for their mistakes and displayed a complete lack of understanding in rectifying the situation.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this company at all costs. Phenofx has proven time and again that they are incapable of delivering on their promises. Their inability to own up to their errors and their unwillingness to make amends should serve as a warning to anyone considering their services. Spare yourself the frustration and financial losses by steering clear of Phenofx

They lied about everything, They about who they are, The good reviews about them are not from real customers. Don't get carried away, Genexservices.live penetration team gained access to my fvnd and also enlightened me on how to identify fake brokers.

If i could give them 0star i would. First of all their staff and accounting managers call everyday for months! They provide good support when it comes to deposit but issues when its time for withdrawal. After weeks of declining my request, I came back one day to see that they emptied the whole account with no explanation. It was a terrible experience and i had to reach out to cryptiide001 outlook com a specialist introduced to me by my mom, luckily for me my case was brilliantly handled and i got my total refund in few week of works. I am happy now...

I believe the true way to stop them is by outing them which is why am doing this. This company is terrible, they took all my money and left me with nothing after trusting them and it really shattered me. I thought I had lost it all until I was introduced to BroadOak-Capital. Com and they helped me get my money back

Steer clear of these blood sucking parasites. Do not believe anything they tell you they are all lies not one ounce of truth comes from their mouths. Eric if that's his real name is so convincing but a waste of human flesh. I reported my case to hukler siege and i got a refund.

Don't do it... Just don't. They will take your money and show you this fancy platform. Then they get you to load your IDs and personal information if you want it back. They say it's for confirming your Identity but it's really to steal your identity. Once they have you buy into it they will continue to try and get you to pay more into it for "Better service" and then they encourage and request that you add all your personal information to the site in order to withdraw and then they disappear when you just want out. Do not trust and do not believe them... very pushy and convincing salespeople who sound extremely legit. I have to admit, they are good at what they do and what they do is Scam people very well.

After i invest they contact me onley 2 times on more the one mount, after tell them i want to take money from the platform i dont know how they do that i lost evryting, dont trust them and dont invest with them, I UPLOAD MY DOCUMENT BEEN ABEL TO REFOUND MY MONEY BUT THEY DON T APROVE MY DOCUMENT S

This company is terrible, I invested $100K with them and after making a lot of profits, I was unable to withdraw. I reached out to them but no replies. I thought I had lost it all until I was introduced to "Skyline -recovery, com " and they helped me get my money back

Blatant scam. Parents fell victim today. Started with a fake Elon Musk bitcoin advert, dad signed up, got phone call walked through putting £230 in. I went ahead and deposited 50k. Within seconds of registering interest I received a sales phonecall that put me off with the sales pitch. I stated I want to withdraw and emailed the company stating this and I got no access to my funds until I contacted SKyline-recovery/comt and they got all my funds back.

I invested thru these guys. Getting money to them is easy but once I tries taking money out they refuse. They harass you and continually want more money invested. Unregistered so once the market falls a bit more they will disappear with your money for their cozy retirement. I watched account being depleted thru swaps and finally had enough and closed all trades. Several so called account managers contacted me and insisted they were my new account manager. When I told them I was done trading and wanted my money back they just rant and rave about the banking system being the problem and Crypto is the future. They get very rude when you tell them you want to take your money out. They no longer answer emails and phone number is not legit. Chris Muller on Linked In is complete scammer. Do not let them talk you into putting Anydesk on your computer it gives them complete access to everything
Update- they contacted me and insisted the only way i could get my money was to open trades. Absolutely forced me to trade no ifs ands or buts. As u will see in photos their commision is now almost 30%. On an account that was 3%. Funny they do not disclose how much it raises when u try to withdraw. Nowhere have i found this in tjeir contracts. As u can see they purposely put me into trades that are crashing just to make sure i know they are in charge.
Newest update as u will see they continue to deplete account doing swaps for their benefit. The second the account got to the point of loss only being their 30% commissions they started doing swaps every ten minute.

I specifically told them i did not want or authorize swaps due to the amount they stole using them last time. Swaps are for their benefit not yours.

PhenoFX is 100% scam!

In the below lines I'm writing about my 10 days experience with PhenoFX.

First of all, PLEASE do not trust them! They deserve a 0 star review, but the minimum I can choose is 1 star!
My story started when Dominic Cook (Account Manager) called me and convinced me to activate an account with PhenoFX and start trading with only $250, and after I activated my account, Ben Miller (Account Manager) contacted me and showed me that they have a very good rate on Trustpilot then he told me that I need to fund the account with $5,000 so he can use "High frequency trades" so I can earn 30-40% in few days and after I transferred the $5,000 on 12-May-2022, he opened 4 tradings which earned $2,800 in just 5 minutes, then he asked me to fund the account with more $10,000 so the account could be more profitable.
Unfortunately, I trusted him and transferred more funds to the account which arrived 16-May-2022, and on the same day he convinced me to transfer more $5,000 which will work as insurance and backup for the account and he promised that they will not ask for more money again.
During our call on 18-May-2022, he told me that he has a good offer for me which includes:
Equity of $50,000
VIP condition: 2 weeks.
5-7 high frequency trades
But I have to fund the account with more $10,000, and when I refused, he opened 6 new trades, and my account balance was $30,000 on that day, and in the morning he told me that the system has locked out all of the trades as all of them made huge losses, and the only solution of this situation is to fund the account with more $10,000 and they will provide liquidity from their side so the account starts working again!
They are a gang of scammers and liars!
My story is real, not like the fake reviews you will read here!
Please learn the lesson from my story and do not deal with them!

Pheno FX cannot be trusted, they are scammers. If you check their website you'll notice that there is no address even though they claim they are based in Switzerland, the contact number provided is not in service, as a customer they'll contact you using a WhatsApp number which they only answer when they feel like it. Once they are done taking your money, they'll stop responding to your e-mails and phone calls. These people are scammers, please please do not trust them. I wonder if the Swiss police knows about these people

The phenofx team is the best and most supportive! They gave me finance courses and all the support I needed to start my trading career. Moreover, I managed to make a profit in a fairly short time and I did not encounter any problems in extracting it. Many thanks phenofx!
