My dress was shipped with damaged packaging. The dress color was not correct nor was the size to the bra part fitting at all. It kept sliding down. I told the costumer service guy "Jay" and I showed photo proof that it was not the same color nor did it fit me, he said they cannot take the dress back or refund my money! This site is a scam and BBB needs to see this!

I ordered a prom dress, straps too long, sold with pockets - no pockets, wrong color, length too long, front of dress cut WAY too low! I contacted them immediately and was told no returns or refund, except they would give me a coupon for next order - there won't be a next order.

This company is horrible and will not accept returns. They are unethical and will steal your money. They have terrible customer service and are hiding behind the internet.
They are the very worst.

I ordered a dress for a formal event. Came in mail with a funny smell. Dress looked nothing like the picture. It fit horribly and was made from cheap material. The dress was also a completely different color. It looked like a 4 year old sewed on these ugly beads. They wanted me to take pics of the dress so they could resolve the problem.

I took pictures and they said that based off of there perception from the PICTURE the dress fit me perfectly and there would be no refund. That is absolutely unacceptable. The company does not get to decide based off of a bathroom picture if the dress fits me or is flattering to me. The dress fit me horribly. It was massive on me.

I should not have to send photos in the first place. The dress didn't fit me. I would also like to say that Jay in their customer service department was rude and condescending in all our exchanges. I'm shocked. I've never had such a gross experience with a store.

The dress I purchased from this company was horrible. You couldn't even compare the two. Not to mention the dress didn't even fit. Kindly asked for a refund and was refused.

Purchased dress online for my daughters Year 12 formal. We were so excited thinking that as we had provided measurements that this dress would be perfect. When it came the beading/sequins started falling off all over the floor. Dress did not fit perfectly- to close the dress at the back you have to pull lacing through - so basically could fit any size. When my daughter tried to get her arms through the arm holes it would only go as far as her elbow. I have contacted the company on many occasions asking for a full refund and then reduced to 50%. All I get are emails saying they will refund 20% and send more material so that I can fix the dress. This is not acceptable I am not a seamstress. In mY opinion the dress was not cheap, I could have picked a dress up form Myers for roughly the same price. TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

From the beginning I had a bad feeling about ordering my daughter's prom dress online from a manufacturer in China. We ordered the dress 5 weeks before prom, corresponding with them and were assured the dress would arrive in plenty of time. We did the custom color and custom fitting options. The dress arrived just days before prom and in the wrong color! When we tried to request a refund they simply tried to get us to keep the dress and wanted to refund only 20%, even though the website states if the error is theirs, you will receive a full refund. They quit responding to us via email, and we have had to file a dispute with our bank to try to get our money back. When you call the number listed for the company, it is not a business number but a U.S. personal cell phone. For the way we have been treated over this, I would never recommend PMG Dress! Good luck and buy American!

We bought a dress from this manufacturer and is was ill fitting and so poorly made that my alterations lady said it was beyond help. I'm still trying to get my money back. Steer clear!

Not as advertised! Cheap material!
They do not let you return the dress! The top of dress was completely different to the one they advertised! Do not waste your money!
