Avoid this company. I bought medicine for my dog from them. Supposedly, the courier left the parcel unattended outside the building but I never receive it. When I contacted Pet Drugs Online, they were less than helpful. Refused to take any accountability. In their minds, outside a building, exposure to the elements, animals or even people is a delivery. Anyone, with less than half a brain would understand that it is not a delivery if it's not delivered, not pet drugs online, though.

After a week of back-and-forth emails, I escalated my claim to PayPal. Hopefully, the associates at PayPal understand the consumer's rights and will refund me. At this point it's not about the money anymore, it's about the principle and the lack of accountability from Pets Drugs Online. Don't expect decent customer service from this company if you buy from them.

Have been ordering from this company for a while, have a chronically ill houserabbit who needs regular medication and syringe food and they USED to be very good, very quick service etc. Unfortunately recently they have gone downhill, they offer different delivery options but fail to mention that the actual despatch time depends on when they choose to get round to posting it - so if you pay for first class postage they can easily leave it for over a week before bothering to post it. Very disappointing. I think they should remember these are not luxury items, they are items to relieve a sick animal's suffering, and days can make a difference. They'd be wise to bear in mind there are plenty of other suppliers out there.

I ordered £44 worth of cat food online as just home from hospital suffering from Cancer I was unable to go out to buy! I was home all week waiting for it and constantly checking! When i notified them of no delivery I was fobbed off with a YEAR OLD PHOTO by DPS scanned and sent to me by Pet drugs online as proof of purchase! And it showed delivery of 4 parcels when I only had ONE ordered! I asked for the original pic so I can get the Metadata so as prove its so old... and they would NOT send! Someone committing fraud and theft here! And I am left with nothing!

They are nothing but scammers.Took my payment and ignored every follow up massage. I found Joren Vale shortly after and have received all my orders for him without delay. He's trustworthy and reliable - I only deal with Joren now.
