We made the mistake of phe full amount in advance (a friend of mine did it for me). It took us nearly one year to file an application for Engineers Australia. It was hard for me to properly communicate with them during the course of the process. Unfortunately the application got rejected as well. During the time the validity of my ielts results became close to it's expiry. All the agents I've spoked after did say they would corss check with mara before submitting any documents to any legal bodies and this incident shouldn't have happened. They haven't repaid any amount after this mees up and failure.
They told me initially i do qualify after asssement and checking my documents.And they asked money for service which i had paid. Later informed you do not have points only in some province which they applied without any success. Now no reply and action, I am not hapy with the exoerience, i need to know how i can go lgal against this compnay in UAE. Even register a case if not nothing materialize.
Hello everyone, Yes Permits and Visas is one of the fraud companies in Dubai from a personal experience and their target to take your money and provide you with Zero services.
I encourage everyone to file a complaint against them to " Dubai Government's Customer Complaints" as following:
1- This company working under the Dubia license number ( *******) and this is the number you need to use when you are filing the complaint against them.
2- You either call Dubai Government's Customer Complaints at *******555 or *******555 to submit the complaint.
3- E-mail them( consumerrights at dubaided.gov.ae) with the complaint and supporting documents and advise Dubai government that this company did a scam against you and ask them to take necessary actions and grant your payment back.
4- Make sure to supply the Dubai Government's Customer with any documents, receipt and e-mail communication with them to follow the persons been contacting you to take action against them in addition to owners of the company.
I hope this will be helpful to get your money back and stop this company from stealing people's money and dreams as well.

I have contracted PermitsandVisas to help me immigrate to Canada, in the beginning they were good and updating frequently, then our agent had her annual leave, and passed our info to another agent, who is careless, not supporting, even not replying to emails.
I won't recommend them to any one. And my process stopped and I lost my money.
