I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the Permits and Visas team, their honesty and their organization. They were helpful enough to me that I didnt have to spend time or stop my life because of my visa processing. They helped me with almost everything. I have spent 11 weeks now in England and I am loving it. Although I had to pay but I must say it was worth it all the day. Lets just say its a price you have to pay to get to live your dreams.

I was actually in the process of getting my Permanent Resident Visa for Canada. I was so unclear about the direction and the process I should take so I hired searched online and found Permits and Visas Immigration company. They are doing organised scamming in the name of providing immigration services. They convince people that they will get the immigration visa of their choice within 6-9 month and take the money. Once money is received, you keep calling them and no one cares. They deceive you with false promises. Worst thing, there immigration consultants changes every 6 months. I have personally seen 5-6 immigration consultants handling my case

Called their office multiple times, no one gives a $#*!. Simply says we will get back to you and that that day never comes.

We made the mistake of phe full amount in advance (a friend of mine did it for me). It took us nearly one year to file an application for Engineers Australia. It was hard for me to properly communicate with them during the course of the process. Unfortunately the application got rejected as well. During the time the validity of my ielts results became close to it's expiry. All the agents I've spoked after did say they would corss check with mara before submitting any documents to any legal bodies and this incident shouldn't have happened. They haven't repaid any amount after this mees up and failure.

My application for Canadian pr visa took quite long but I am so thankful for the help and support I got from Permits and Visas team in Dubai. Hello everyone, Yes Permits and Visas is one of the fraud companies in Dubai from a personal experience and their target to take your money and provide you with Zero services.

I encourage everyone to file a complaint against them to " Dubai Government's Customer Complaints" as following:

1- This company working under the Dubia license number ( *******) and this is the number you need to use when you are filing the complaint against them.

2- You either call Dubai Government's Customer Complaints at *******555 or *******555 to submit the complaint.

3- E-mail them( consumerrights at dubaided.gov.ae) with the complaint and supporting documents and advise Dubai government that this company did a scam against you and ask them to take necessary actions and grant your payment back.

4- Make sure to supply the Dubai Government's Customer with any documents, receipt and e-mail communication with them to follow the persons been contacting you to take action against them in addition to owners of the company.

I hope this will be helpful to get your money back and stop this company from stealing people's money and dreams as well.
