Useless Customer Service

Stay away from this company. If you need help on any orders it will take them 48 hours to get back to you. The customer service number that you call are only for issuing tickets so their account rep. Can contact you. This is the dumbest conception. If you don't mind waiting 48 hours or more for anyone to be helpful or useful then purchase from this website.
