I love your company. I have been buying from you for at least 10 years. Greater selection than any bricks and mortar store. The only issue is when something is on a waiting list!
I ordered 5 bottles of Joy perfume, and only 2 were shipped. Also the bottles of perfume were not in the original box and the perfume smell different than the real Joy perfume. Despite multiple emails back-and-forth, the company did not admit their mistake, and would not refund my money. Do not waste your time on this company!

I like ordering from this site but, having to wait so long for product to come into stock. I also feel that some of the perfume is over priced. I do price comparing of prices in retail stores and different franchises and see that yours are high as well the stores. Also the packages should be more secure due to the shipping and handling of the product knowing that it is liquid and flammable.
I purchased from here for the first time. I will say the shipping was pretty quick but I ordered Replica Bubble bath and it literally has like no scent. I don't know if this was a old used bottle but u can't even smell it. I love this perfume but this was a waste of money and it's not cheap

Although this Company is lower on the $$ side, I thought I would give them a chance. I purchased several of their products. I have only tried the Lily of the Valley scent, and I was truly disappointed. I don't know yet about the other products -- Dahlia, English Rose, and Honeysuckle -- I haven't tried them. I felt my purchase experiment fell flat. My advice: Stick with the scents you know; Buyer Beware. I spent over $70 and probably will not use any of these products.
I have had good experiences with Perfume.com. - However, I had stuck with scents I know. Of course these scents are likeable by me. Therefore my purchases were always good.
I chose these products because I wanted to try a different scent. The price was right -- or so I thought. Unless you have already used these products -- I would be cautious about buying a new scent. I am out $70 because of an attempt to find a new scent without actually trying the scent first. I like the idea of the monthly purchase of new scents; however, I would rather I had the ability to say which scent I would like to try. I wouldn't make it an "every month" situation -- I would make it as a buying experience for the shopper.
I just received my first shipment and it was not anything that I wanted. Its not on my list anywhere. It stinks and I would not recommend it to anyone. Light Blue for women stinks. If this is what this service is going to be like then I'm ending my subscription
Purchased Michael Jordan cologne afew days ago. Think is is old are lost it potency. Smells like alcohol after applying. Just thought I would try it. Disappointed.
One of my favorite fragrances. Purchased 10/2021 First when I purchased the scent seem to linger. A week into wearing, fragrances the Cologne sentVersace I could no longer smell on me after wearing about 3 hours. Not sure what's going on but the scent is weak…local purchase scent stays all day…. What is wrong? This was my first order I was so excited! I had already made plans to purchase additional fragrances. Order arrived on time no issues there!

Ly/kbn fdps << They returned everything to me, all to a single cent. If you are deceived, you know who to turn to.
I purchased perfume for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't open the sealed perfume box since it was a gift. As it turns out, it was barely 1/3 full when she opened it. They would not take it back or replace it because it was after 30 days. I don't know about most people, but I don't open the actual gift to make sure it's completely full. I expect it to be and that whoever packaged it to send would have strict QC policies. I guess you get what you pay for...literally.

Bought my first big bottle of my fav perfume. (After years of getting the travel sized bottle) When I received it I added it directly to my small collection on my dresser. Few days pass, I go to finally wear and the pump doesn't work! It just spilled down my fingers… Can't return because i threw out the packaging. Reached out and was told to try holding the hole and give it a few pumps… It didn't work… I spent way too much money for something that doesn't work properly. So please check your bottles prior to throwing packing out.

If the testers had caps and boxes I would have felt it was worth my money. I had no idea I'd be buying an opened product without a cap or packaging. ANYONE could tamper with this product and I do NOT feel safe using it. I am out money now because I will NOT give this as a gift to anyone. I was very happy with the Realm for men and it is my WISH that I could find Realm for Women.
My sons like those products. But I cannot give them the testers. I do not feel safe.

The lotion came to me damaged the pump is broken and the tube inside is nowhere to be found. But however I am happy with it and can't wait to pair it with the perfume I have.
I ordered a fragrance I have used in the past. I know what the bottle should look like and what the perfume smells like. When it came the bottle was nothing like with the advertised nor is the sent the same as what it used to be. I am very dissatisfied for what I received for the money I paid, it did get shipped at a timely manner but that doesn't make up for what I got.

Placed and paid for my order and was told it would be here on the 14th. Then I was told it was gonna be late on the 15th. No product delivered. So waited. No product on the 16th either. So I phoned this company and spent 22 minutes on hold only to have an automated system come on the line and say they could not take my call at that time and hung up on me! Still no product that I paid for and no customer service to help remedie this problem!
Tried calling them 3 times and all I got was lousy music. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. There was no one to say how long your wait time was, just terrible music. I tried to email and they wanted access to my phone. Why? I did not care for the experience. I am not recommending that no purchase from them. They need to deal with the customer in a timely manner. They could had ask me to leave my number and get back to me.
I placed my order October 4th, and I just got it today November 3,2021.
I ordered two Lalique L'amour 100ml. When I opened the first box, it smells like alcohol and foul. And the bottle gold plated top was tarnished and it's not even full. I am so disappointed. I have even recommend this shop to my friends and workmates, and I do not know what I should tell them now.
I placed 2 orders within the past 6 months, first one went well so a few weeks later I decided to order some other items that interested me... that one has been a nightmare.
I've been emailing back and forth with these people for about two months now trying to figure out where my order is or how to just get a refund. In their initial response they stated that they opened an inquiry with the delivery company (USPS) and that it was under review. After weeks of not getting an update I emailed again and got the same canned response of "the inquiry is under review" - that happened a few times so finally I got fed up and contacted the Better Business Bureau, and magically the next day I got an actual update that the claim had been denied and that the Post Office confirmed that they delivered the package. I have no idea how that is possible because even today when I look up the tracking number that I got for this order it still says that USPS is still waiting to receive the package in N. Y. At this point I'm done with this site, I'd rather pay the department store prices than deal with incompetent, lazy companies. BUYER BEWARE! Good luck to all who do business with this company and I hope there's never an issue with your orders.
I was really looking forward on using the product I perched. They sent me something different instead. I don't want to go through the hassle on sending it back. I'm tired of these companies not double checking what they send out to their customers. I just decided to keep it, and gave it to my wife.

Ordered 2 mens fragrances 17th Dec and no reply to email I sent. Finally arrived on 31st Dec. The packaging smelt strongly of one of them and when opened the John Paul Gautier one was at least an inch from the top of the bottle.
Very expensive. Poor customer service and product not full.
