Perfectly Polished

Made a small, simple order months ago and still haven't received anything. Why is this store even taking new orders when it clearly can't fulfill them? It's either a scam or a completely failed business model. Stay away if you ever want to receive what you've paid for. Attempts at contact have been ignored.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts in Dec 2022. Charged $118.00. Received a confirmation email with an order # but no tracking #. Was told they would email me when the merchandise shipped. No emails. I reached out several times, through email and their "chat" feature which provides an unhelpful, automated reply. Bottom line--2 months later, NO merchandise, NO communication from them, NO responses to my emails. If this isn't a complete scam company, the least they can do is refund money when they can't fulfill the order.

I was so excited to join as a consultant for $25. I loved the "Cold Application" concept. But, when I applied them (yes as instructed), within 2 days, they started peeling and chipping. I am highly disappointed. Great pricing and Cute nail wraps but not worth it. It doesn't last.

Over 2 months to fulfill orders and refuse to respond to emails and chats. Still no product. If you are only one person stop taking orders until you can take care of what you have. Don't play the I am a small business card when it's probably just a scam

I ordered from here once before and it took a month, and I ordered again a year later and the package has been awaiting fulfillment for about three months.

Placed an order in July of 2022, it is not October 2023 and I have not received my order. All my outreach (multiple emails and social media DM's) have gone unanswered. They seem to not be willing to refund my money for an order that I never received. The order is still showing as "placed", they did not even attempt to ship it.

I ordered a sweatshirt in February and it's may. I have contacted them several times and have gotten no response. So disappointed that I waisted all that money. I don't get how people can do this and sleep at night. So rude.
