ZERO STARS! FALSE ADVERTISING! CLOTHING LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ONLINE PICTURES! THEY DON'T SEND A RECEIPT, AND THEY REFUSE TO DO A RETURN! ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! EVEN MY CHILD COULD TELL MY ITEMS LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THEIR ONLINE PICTURES! SOME ITEMS ARE LISTED AS SWEATSHIRTS AND SWEATSHIRTS ARE NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE, MORE LIKE SOME CHEAPY STRETCH POLYESTER FABRIC! THEY WONT POST YOUR BAD REVIEW AND THEY DELETE COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM!

Horrible quality, and after email battle was provided a return address. However - no form and same address appears on another site as not being able to accept returns. Intrigued if anyone has successfully returned items to them in Dubai. By the way - they don't accept bad reviews on clothing, and have blocked me from FB site for complaining.

I rate this company NEGATIVE 5. Don't buy from this company unless you want to raise your blood pressure. They can't accept returns because if they did, they'd have to refund every person who has ever bought anything from them. The quality of their clothing is absolutely horrible. There are not any tags, no directions for washing or care of that item. Looks nothing like the pictures. I cannot stress enough how horrible a company Peplily is.

Purchased a "faux leather" jacket that isn't constructed with leather-like material at all. Instead, I received a costume-like jacket made if velour cotton. Then a shirt that is made of spandex material rather than what's pictured in the images. Peplily refuses to refund money and claim they only do in the case of quality problems. When I pointed out that falsified advertising on materials and construction do constitute as quality problems they offered to refund $15 of this $80 order. I did not accept this as a reasonable resolution to being ripped off. Here's my first complaint. Beware of this company.

There products were poorly made and when I sent them back they would not credit anything very bad business don't buy from here

Believe what you're reading here. This company is a sham. The products in the pictures are nothing like what you receive -- not even close. Their customer service is shabby, and seems to be written by someone who does not speak English. A total misrepresentation, and then they tell you they do not accept returns. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and strongly suggest you do the same if you fell for this scam. Just send them your complaint. Include pictures of your order confirmation to show what was depicted, along with pictures of what they send. I'm also including examples of their emails. This company needs to be banned from operating in the US.

Don't buy from this company. Very slow shipping and no returns unless the quality is bad. So if it doesn't look like what you ordered or doesn't fit you are out of luck. They don't care.

The dresses I ordered took a month to arrive. They say they are US made; however, they are clearly made in China. My items arrived with an awful chemical smell but what is worse is that they are complete garbage! Cheap fabric, and poorly constructed I wouldn't even give these clothes to GoodWill!
Customer service said they only accept returns for "quality" issues. Which is funny because there is nothing quality about these clothes! I too will be calling my credit card company to try and get my money back!

I ordered 2 shirts from Peplily that I would be ashamed to give away. Same $#*! in 2 different colors. Over 3 weeks to arrive, from China, and I was shocked to see what I spent money on. They are cut completely different. One has oddly more material in the back so it hangs funny when on and the other one has a neck that is so small I can't even pull it over my head. Absolutely garbage quality and nothing like the picture of what I thought I was buying. I left a review on their site they pulled off immediately.

Don't give them your money! You can't get it back!

Aside from the fact that it took 6 weeks for the order to arrive, the clothes look nothing like the pictures AND they won't accept returns unless the items are "damaged". Apparently looking nothing like the pictures advertised doesn't qualify.

The worst quality clothing ever, looks nothing like the pictures. Will not except return. Send the return to back to them however they will not claim the package and the return was send back to me.

I bought 3 dresses and the quality is equal to a Halloween costume from Walmart. Nothing fit. The large dresses were so short my butt was hanging out and I'm only 5'6"! When I tried to return they refused to accept returns due to fit. I have opened a dispute through Paypal and am waiting to hear what they say/do. STAY AWAY!

This site (Peplily) also goes by Clithe. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. The clothing is very cheap polyester and the sizes do not run true to size. They won't let you retune an item although their return policy states that if "you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn items" You contact them and even if you state that your 100% unsatisfied with the quality they say will only accept returns for quality problems. Now I'm calling my credit card company! Such BULL$hit!

Spent over $100 on some, what I thought, cute looking clothes. THEY have ALL gone to Goodwill. HORRIFIC quality, you CAN NOT RETURN anything. Clothing doesn't even have labels on it. I would've been better off donating that money. HORRIBLE. And took 6-7 weeks to arrive from China. Please don't waste your money too!

DUBAI SCAM- The clothes are horrible quality, tried to return and although they responded to emails, the address they gave me was invalid and would not take my return. Not only paid for clothes, paid for shipping back. SCAM

I bought three dresses and the fabric is very cheap & you can see through it. They would not refund my money. DO NOT BUY!

My tops were nothing like the sweater pic they advertise... nothing but an oversized spandex shirt. Reading the reviews I have the same problem.

There has to be something we can do!

The website is a poor representation of the quality of the clothing I received. All of the items are rated 5 stars and I bet Peplily blocks all negative reviews. I could have wrapped a polar fleece blanket around myself and secured it with a belt and it would have looked nicer. All 3 items I ordered and received, were very unflattering and looked nothing like the pictures displayed on the website. Do not be fooled! Save yourself the time, the money and sanity because they will not accept returns though they state in their return policy that if you are not 100% satisfied with the clothes they will help return them. They offered me a $15 dollar refund for the items that I spent $80 on which was not helpful for me.
