I agreed to pay the $1.00 fee to look up a person's name. I guess that I Downloaded the report without realizing that it would cost me another $16.98! But, O.K. I called to cancel (this is how I found out why I was charged $16.98) Told them to cancel and not to charge anything else to my credit card! Was assured all was good. Just charged my account $68.22! When I called them, they said I had to cancel by the eighth, I informed them that it is the eighth! She then said to call back tomorrow!
I will now have to call my bank! What a hassle and pain in the neck! Do Not Use this Site!
Big scam, I purchased one report they charged way over the amount stated. So I canelled immediately and then everyday after that day I have been charged different amounts. Now when I try to log in it contact them it says I do not have account.
After they attempted to charge me 48.22 for no reason and failed. They tried to charge 32.00 to my card and failed again. I cancelled that card and ordered a new one.
On brighter side they did refund the $19.
Information isn't accurate or up to date. What is the kicker though is how you sign up for a $1 trial offer and get charged $20 without knowing it. I locked my card so I'm hoping I don't get a new charger daily like others have reported. Omg... Shut these scammers down for Christ sake will ya
Update: 3days later they attempted to charge my card 48.22. Thank God I locked it after their first scam. I called and talked to a very rude Josh who was trying to get me to give him even more personal information than I'd already given saying he needed it to verify my account. I'm all awhile telling him to delete everything he has in computer about me, but he was persistent about getting my info.GRRRR... Really wish they'd leave me alone now.
I tried to purchase a 1 year pass for 9.95 and was charged for a five year pass for 37.90 instead. The database is not up to date. I searched for data that I know should have been there and it wasn't - simple data.
After $1 per day to search, they take more money from your credit card on the same day and the following days. Also this web site don't give a good result as others. It's useless.
Account was suppose to be cancelled while still in the trial period still got charged $68 when I called to ask for refund was told the would only refund half of charged amount.
