Literally bull$#*! how yall claim its free and then charge right at the last second, unfortunately i had to pay because im in a rush, but yall knew that.
The PDF editor works pretty well, however it is advertised on Google as free (at least for 24 hours in the most charitable reading of the site description). It is not. You can edit your document but the download function is behind a paywall. Luckily, the 14-day trial isn't too much, but then charging over $30/month after that period and hiding it in the fine print, especially when the monthly subscription is only 25, is pretty egregious. Will be sure to cancel soon.

Not only did they falsely advertise their "Free" service but they bait and switch you once you've spent all your time editing your document and at the last second tell you oh by the way its $2 for 14 days of access. Which granted is not that much money but for a website that advertises as a "Free PDF editor" it isn't actually free. In their plain language on the website it says "Free PDF editor. Easily Upload, Edit, and Download." This would make the common consumer think that the download is also FREE. Don't use this website. Don't pay them your money. They should be sued for false advertisement.

I choose this site expecting a free service. Even though I am getting 14 days of service, which I probably won't need for $1.95, I only needed to change one number in an address. This site held my document captive for $2.00 because I needed to update an address, by one number, my husband typed in incorrectly on a PDF file. As a former Executive Secretary, I did all the work, you should pay me my going rate of $45.00 and hour.
Because my husband made a one number mistake on a PDF application and your advertisement said I could correct it for free. However, it neglected mention that in order to get the document back, after making your correction, you had to pick a paid plan.

I needed it because my normal pdf software wasn't working. I chose it because it was advertised as free and I didn't leave because the software was pretty solid and got what I needed done easily.
