The format of the document and font of the Word file are not the same as shown in the PDF file. When the file previews before charging the monthly fee, it looks okay.
Be better if we didnt have to sign up and go back and cancel. Its a great program, but be good to just pay like 1.95 for a day or something like that.

When previewing my document it looks nothing like what Ive been working on. The doc itself freezes frequently and when reaching out to customer service, one bad apple, Amit K spoils the experience and is a bad representative of the company. CHat is available 24hrs in the US, however, he cut off the chat and now I am not access to assistance, without having to fill out a form. This program is a gimmick, when you get to the end, you no longer can do ANYTHING! BECAUSE IT FREEZES IN PLACE AND REBOOTING DOES NOT HELP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SEARCH OTHER REUTTABLE SOURCES FOR PDF EDITABLE.
I requested pdf download and received a DocX. Cannot select to create a picture inside the pdf and move it around like I can edit with an image editor
Refused to honor an offer on their site delivering a free document after a 24 hour wait. Tried to get me to subscribe for payment. Not honoring comittment to provide a free document EVEN AFTER A CHAT.
I requested the file to be saved as PDF and it ended up being a word document. I also wasn't informed before creating the file that a payment would be required.
I finished my document.
Made the payment process.
And when I downloaded my document it wasn´t updated with the changes I made.
I want my refund.

I paid for their pdf software opener. It did not work on my phone or laptop. Their email to you says you have 30 days to cancel and get a refund. I paid
A total of $41.90. I kept trying to get their software to work. I called them within LESS than the 30 days they require for a refund, explaining over and over to a woman named Mili that their software has never worked on my phone and laptop. She was rude. Abrasive and constantly interrupted me saying I should have called earlier! And will only give me a partial refund even tho I never got to use their product. I explained that I could not use my laptop until the just recently, and their email says YOU HAVE 30 days to cancel and get a refund. She told me I can have a partial refund or NO REFUND! I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and she said they don't talk to the customers, I asked for the corporate phone number and she said you are speaking to it. I asked to speak with someone else and she rudely said call back. I Explained that it's not fair that a customer pays for their service and their product does not work and they only get a partial refund and she said she had other customers to talk to and she hung up.I also emailed and left a voicemail with their company much earlier explaining that I could not get it to work and asked them to help me but never got a response from them.
Luckily I reviewed my credit card statement and found the abusive charges. This company is a scam. Real scam
