1) Wasn't even able to open a simple PDF, which given the name of this software, is a disgrace
2) Charged me $1.95 for the "free trial" in TWO separate transactions on my AmEx card (I can only imagine why)
3) Their onsite refund requesting is close to unuseable
4) They want to charge USD $40 a month for this ridiculous abuse. NO sane person would knowingly agree, given the much lower cost of much better and non-abusive alternatives
So, we all know about SaaS - Software as a Service. Let's call this one "BaaS" - Business as a Scam.
They advertised 14days free access which I paid for because I needed to convert 2 documents. This morning they stole R399, hard earned. The wrath of God shall meet you soon, foolish people.

Having once only used the pdf transfer for a paltry sum of less than £2, I have discovered that I am being billed £29,95 every month by the company which has the cheek to call itself "LEGALSIMPLISOFTWARE".
I never willingly or knowingly entered any agreement with them other than the one off transaction, so
BE AWARE. Once you give your card details you may end up being scammed as I was!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is 100% a scam; after you authorized a payment of 1,95 euros, they charge 40 euros at the end of the month. I could not even download the document! I had to contact Paypal to cancel the "subscription" I didn't sign up for and already reported the company; I can't even believe they get to use Paypal to scam people! There are some positive reviews on Trustpilot, and it is 100% them; they are masters at scamming!

Feel mislead. I made a pdf change and all you get me is a silly Word document, very bad transferred. I want my pdf so i made the payment but never again. What a scam.
The link I clicked on said "PDF Simpli PDFs Online Free - Edit, Save, Print" This was in fact not free. Don't have my physical card with me so caused a hassle on finding a different way to pay so I can get a pdf that i made minimal changes to.

Very misleading. I looked up free programs to edit and they advertised as free but as soon as I was done editing I had to pay to download my documents and print them.

If you're considering using PDFSIMPLI, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I've been hung up on multiple times while trying to resolve issues—talk about unprofessionalism.
When I attempted to cancel my subscription, the cancellation confirmation email conveniently arrived only after the renewal payment had gone through. This is a system flaw and a shady business practice designed to lock you in financially.
No Receipt or Payment History: To add insult to injury, there was no way to pull a receipt or payment history from my account. They didn't even send a payment confirmation via email. You're left without proof, making it impossible to dispute any charges with them.
I tried calling their customer service countless times to sort this out, but it seems like they've made themselves intentionally unreachable.
In light of this awful experience, I cannot stress enough how much better Adobe is as an alternative. Not only is it cheaper, but it also offers reliable and efficient service, which is the complete opposite of what you can expect from PDFSIMPLI.
Stay away from PDFSIMPLI if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!
Software does not work and the customer service does not want to cancel the subscription, especially when you called it in, and they will renew the subscription ASAP and charge you $ 39.95 and when you cancel through paypal you WILL NOT receive any refund from them! Do a chargeback though your PAYPAL account and credit card as these people a totally dishonest! BEWARE and do not waste your money on this garbage!

The document I worked on has the signature sideways rather than directly on the line as I originally paced it. Right now I'm having difficulty retrieving it to make the necessary correction.
