I ordered an item 6-weeks ago that PCNation showed "usually ships within 1-2 weeks". I wasn't in a hurry for it, and PCNation had the best price for the item. I sent a request for Status Email this morning. The item had been on back order from their supplier but had finally arrived in their warehouse. I received a call from Customer Service this afternoon in response to my morning email with the news that my Order had arrived and would be shipped early next week. With all the supply chain interruptions these days, I'm happy PCNation didn't cancel my Order, followed up my email with a call, and I'm getting the item at the best price on the internet!
My order was shipped and arrived quickly, however, several weeks later the RAM memory stopped working. I opened a support ticket on their website, and 2 days later a guy responded asking me numerous inane questions (it honestly felt like he was trying to stall the return as much as possible). It took 17 emails back and forth over the span of 3 days for him to send me a link where I could request an RMA. The link didn't work, it kept showing an error message on the website. That was the last time I ever heard from the company, nobody ever replied to my tickets or emails from that point on and they closed the ticket as "resolved". It's also important to mention that their support ticket and messaging system is some third-party cheap solution, which results in an abysmal experience for the customer. It almost feels like the company is run by a teenager in some basement.
MC537dn printer lives up to expectations (so far - got it yesterday). FedX spent an extra day on the road due to damaged label(rough handling?). Driver moved it on its side in spite of clear markings on box. Still seems undamaged. Retiring my old Oki 5200 and HP 5590.
