I had previously purchased a refurbished PC from IBM, and received a POS PC that had all kinds of problems, so I was a little skeptical about doing it again. However, after checking out the reviews and doing some homework, I went ahead and bought a laptop from PCLiquidators. It's a nice laptop without any issues, and I got it for a great price! Shipping was fast, and the laptop was packed well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
There were no issues ordering and receiving the PC. Once received, though, I never got past that "HP Sure Start" or whatever it's called. Luckily, I'm an old pro (literally) at this, and booted it with one of my Windows10 boot sticks.
The grade C monitor looks pristine grade A. However, the display port connection does not work, although the monitor recognizes there is a cable connected. The monitor does 'work' connecting to the 30 year old technology VGA connector. I wouldn't write this if the description of a grade C device discusses technical functions. The grades only mention visual cosmetics, not lack of functions.
I was provided a tracking number, that UPS indicated was not picked up as of yet. I was told that there would be another package sent out as a replacement therefore given another tracking number.
Then while still indicating package was not picked up I received the first tracking numbered package.
I am returning the computer. Do not want it. I have sent it back
Received the dell computer and did not care for it. The computer was sent back to you on 12/27/23
Shipping arrived fast but phones were not set to default and were configured for wave, we have a summit system
I received the monitor - it had smudges all over and half the cord wrapped around the base with a weird piece of blue painters tape under the wrapped cord - like I would think just the they may have received it. This did not scream "refurbished" to me. The screen looked good, but the picture had a yellow tint. Even the startup white logo was yellow. I had an identical monitor sitting next to it and its logo was white. Color was obviously off. This monitor had not been refurbished-to my understanding of the word. The good news - I got a quick RMA# and free return shipping label via their web site. If you want used gear with a good return system, then go for it. But I would be hesitant to buy from them again. Found a new BenQ monitor for less $$$ on BestBuy on sale.
Got the device, but it still is not working. It is not the phone, it is the network.
I am very picky about keyboards and I was looking for one that had high raised keys and not flat keys like a majority of keyboards have these days. I found an older model Dell keyboard that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was refurbished but I didn't care. I just wanted the keyboard I saw and it was only $9.99. The shiping was about the same so $20 for a keyboard was a steal (or so I thought). After waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive, when I finally got it IT WAS A COMPELTELY DIFFERENT KEYBOARD AND IT HAD FLAT KEYS. I was frustrated and immediately sent the company an email. They quickly refunded me for the keyboard and I didn't have to return it. I gifted it to a friend and ended up buying a diffrent keyboard from another company. I hope whoever reads this passes it onto the shipping department or to whoever is responsible for pulling products for shipping. Read the invoice and don't send a product that wasn't selected. Nothing more frustrating than waiting two weeks for something to arrive only to find out it's not what you ordered.
took over 15 minutes, your website was not responding, could've been our internet - unable to determine
I placed an order with a i7 pc. Got an i5 instead. PCL shipped a replacement, but I haven't had the time to unbox it and see if it is correct. I will do so in the next several days
Mostly good, did not receive tracking information in a timely fashion and was unaware that there would be more than one package. One of the phones did not work, emailed the problem, received an RA the next day and a replacement phone within one week. Will purchase from PCLiquidations in the future.
Received the polycom vvx500 in a timely manner very happy with the delivery time but when powered on the lcd stays blank not sure if im doing something wrong or if the phone is defective.
ordered a phone which I couldn't get to work. Talked to Cust Serv and it turned out to be an office phone which needed a network or something. Agent said he would send me some instructions about returning it but haven't rec'd any info
Shipping costs are outrageous and should be shown before commitment for purchase. Quite deceptive business practice.
It was easy to select a pc and looking forward to a quality product with years of service life.
Once I placed the order I had the laptop in hand in three days. Although I had to send the laptop back due to technical issues and I am in the process of re-ordering another laptop. The service has been very good.
Item arrived on time, but was damaged. It's uncertain if it was damaged when packed, or during shipment, however there was no damage on the package.
Shipping charges are egregious. $27 for ground shipping for two bags that collectively weigh less than 6 pounds reeks of padding profits.
Thank you for getting it to me on time and it works well but there was no power plug - had to run around to find one.
It seems fine. Prices are good and checkout was easy. This is my first time shopping with this sight. I haven't finished the transaction yet and I don't know if I will get my product or if it will be as described yet. So I can't leave a rating higher than three. ... though I will say that making the survey mandatory especially on a customer's first transaction before it has even finished don't help... though I admit that might be a bit nitpicky.
So far so good, but really want to see the quality of the laptop before I give a whole experience rating.
Purchase price was good, however, in the past I have not had to pay duty fees on the shipping. This time UPS charged me the duty fees ($88) on top of the already expensive shipping cost. Then they charged us the duty fee again when they phones were delivered. I know this is a UPS problem, however i would recommend that you have more shipping options as We have had several issues with UPS as of late.
It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, with a responsive chat support, but after two orders that ended up being duds, I'll have to spend my time shopping elsewhere.
