The Site is totally down right now and have not been able to use this method of payment since January. Call old school to my doctors Office and pay by phone call. What good is it?
Just need carefully selected the right columns, which is the column automatically show Visa as status credit card. I didn't noticed it at first time and the system hang over there, after I corrected it to MasterCard, it's show paid, no balance. But I didn't receive any confirmation sent to my email yet like most systems will did. You have to write down your receipt code from this website after you paid.
I paid my provider's bill on this site only to get a PayPal email of a payment processed for that amount to an individual for an unnamed product! PayPal has refunded my bank account but now I'm afraid my banking has been compromised.
This is the worst business. You'd think they make it easy to pay them money?! Nope. Need to find bill id, client id, account number and then it still won't let you proceed giving you all sorts of errors. Third time now I have to call them to pay. Idiot business.
I cannot believe how hard it is to pay this company.I have had multiple surgeries by different providers. This is the worst one. No contact info given. For some reason yesterday it kept trying to process thru paypal.
I do not use pay pal and my HSA bank says that HSA cards cannot be used on Paypal. Yu make it VERY difficult to pay my bills IF the website even loads. Everytime I see the bill is from i-health I cringe at the thought odf jumping thru hoops to pay.
Avoid this service if you can. Once you have registered, there is no way to change your address or phone number. There is no help section, and the only info you can change is your email address or if you receive paper or email bills. AVOID. Just mail the check. It's a pain, but this website seems sketchy. I did not pay my bill through this service. I wanted to see if I had more than one invoice that needed to be paid. I am still not clear about that. I can't update my address or phone number. Better make sure you don't make a mistake, move, or change your number because there is apparently no way to update this info.
One month ago entered credit card info and hit the process button and nothing happened. Tried again, same thing. This month same thing, however I called the doctor's billing office to complain, and 10 minutes later the screen changed...the site is bogged down and can't process the billing. I won't do business with doctors who use this site.
No help, FAQs or contact info. Cannot change your mailing address, even if you move. If my doctor's office hadn't listed paymydoctor.com for bill paying on my snail-mail bill, I would be convinced this was a spam site - I have never seen a website designed this poorly.
Poorly designed website: difficult to reset userid/password corrections preventing registration for storage of payment information; rerouting to another server; no contact information for help; frequent Down times. El Sucko!
Unfortunately, you don't get a say in using this website. Your provider either uses it or they don't, Mine does and oh how I wish they wouldn't. My allergist uses this service for which I have had to contact my provider to clarify the amount due because the website seems to post the same amount due. I cannot explain why this is but it happens. It's like the website doesn't update their information. So, assuming the amount due is accurate, you can expect to spend no less than five minutes paying a bill that should take less than a minute online. As you click and progress through their payment screens, pages will just freeze, spin the cursor or provide a popup telling you that something is happening. I actually go about my business doing other things because of this. This company doesn't care though, I am not their customer and the person at my provider who chose to use this service probably doesn't care either. What's wasted time in my life to them as long as they get paid and the website doesn't put more resources in making it go faster at additional cost.
I am new user to this portal but when i come to know about the paymydoctor by visiting https://maps.app.goo.gl/C9HfpxPyhSF4bqDk6. I got any instant service
Makes it impossible to complete your transaction. Everything says OK, but won't continue. Seriously?
I think my payments do not get to my doctor on time. Rebilled for same bill just paid. I think they hold up my payment from posting on time
Many doctors and other healthcare providers in the Tallahassee, Fl area have contracted with PayMyDoctor.com for billing... including mine. However, I've gone for several months getting bills, but when I go to the site to pay them, there is no record.
Today, several people at my provider and I finally determined that I, the patient, had to link the provider group to my "account" manually. I could not just enter my provider and pick the appropriate one from a list. I had to glean exact ID numbers from the middle of text on the paper bill. This is FAR from apparent from the sparse instructions on the site. I'm a retired programmer, DBA and website developer. To say that PayMyDoctor.com is grossly deficient would be an understatement.
Upon clicking the link the add a provider, nothing happened. After several attempts, I finally got a message from my browser that it was blocking popups. (Popups are often used maliciously and by unethical advertisers so blocking them improves security.) The page for linking a provider is a full page, not a small dialog box. But the developer chose to implement it as a popup. Bad Design! No reason to do that and it breaks the site for many users.
A great deal of the confusion is also caused by the site not distinguishing between the patient "account" and the provider's "account". I thought the link button "Link an account" was to link to MY ACCOUNT on some other site. It is actually to Add a Provider. With the help of someone at my provider (who actually claimed to know very little about the site) we were able to pick out the proper "ClientID" (actually the PROVIDER ID.), "Account Number" (actually MY PATIENT ACCOUNT NUMBER), "Zip Code" (we guessed that it was mine and not the provider's and it worked so either we were right or it is not verified), and "Bill Pay ID". These are obviously the Primary Keys in their relational database system underlying the site, but they should never have to be entered explicitly.
Healthcare providers as well as patients are not getting what is being paid for from this site.
May have used to be a functioning site, but it's definitely compromised and ran by scammers. After paying, using a credit card, I started getting PayPal charges for a PayPal account that is not mine in Singapore (Khushab something). Do not use this website.
