What they say and what they do are totally opposite. They advertise service in minutes, not in days… when in fact you call for an appointment your appointment will be days out, not in minutes. Just saying! Why would you advertise something? You can't follow through on the consumer fraud, misleading and false business practices!?!

Charged my elderly mother $1,950 to replace her toilets she was having some issues with. Two grand to replace two toilets…. Don't let them take advantage of you, it's very simple, call someone else!
Needed a new water heater after ours went out and everything went well. The worker did a great job, but only after we had it installed did we realize that we may have just paid double what it actually cost. The water heater itself cost about $1500, but we ended up paying about $5600 for everything. After asking for an itemized receipt to see where the extra costs are from (my husband and I went through and calculated the costs for what we should've been charged and it came out closer to $2000 just for parts. Meaning labor and removal would be close to $3600) they just continued insisting that that's their price they ask for period. No rhyme or reason, that's it. Obviously, there's nothing my husband and I can do about it now, so we'll pay it and hope they don't charge us extra for using our "lifetime" warranty (that they said was lifetime, but according to the receipt it will be 2 years). We will never use Parker & Sons again. Go somewhere else that's more reasonable with their prices and won't try to make you wait almost 2 months for an itemized receipt that isn't actually an itemized receipt.
Tip for consumers:
They upcharge everything. Go somewhere else.

I contacted Home Depot to purchase a new HVAC unit which was installed 6/22. I spent $12k. They referred me to Parker and Sons who completed the job and contracted me. I was offered a $1000 Home Depot rebate which was
Never provided. Calls to the customer service team went unanswered for weeks, then Manuel Hernandez ( supervisor offered me $250 due to the delayed processing of the rebate). This happened 8/24/22. To date I have not received either the $250 or the $1000 rebate. Parker and sons has not responded to emails or calls since August. It's been over 3 months. The offering of the $1000 rebate was " bait and switch" sales tactics. I now expect $500 in atonement due to the excessive delay and the $1000 rebate. I have filed a claim with the BBB.
They called me and said home depot gave them my info! I told them I had no plumbing issue, but I went ahead and told them to come out and clean out ONE pipe that was slow. I asked the receptionist first what it would cost, she said she had no idea, so I was stupid and told them to come out because I did in fact have one sink that was slow. He came out and quoted me $275.00! He said that he would clean it out all the way and it would take atleast a hour, and they would subtract the service fee of $75.00 from it... WHAT... so I thought with out thinking, I was in a depressed mood, My husband had just died a month a go, so I said ok... This so called plumber, spent a total of five minutes on my sink... where did the hour go I thought, agian, I just paid it to get him out of my house, and he took the pipe right under the sink out and cleaned the gunk out, and then put it back together, hell I could do that. What a scam for Homedepot to do that without my authorization. I fell for it, but I realize now what a scam Parker and sons is, I will NEVER EVER use them again. Maggie
