Don't send them any money as you won't be able to withdraw. I don't know if it is everybody they are unwilling to pay out to, but if you have money stuck in this broker you can write to an authority known as (vAz-ertRail).com. They will APPEAL for you and you will be able to receive a refund. This is only works if you didn't know parenta was unregulated before you invested or traded.

I've created account with Parenta and deposited 3000€. I made with them 1000€ however I found out that they manipulate buy price. Buy price for XAUUSD was 1888.05 and next day price was changed to 1838.05 and obviously my profit was higher. When comes to withdrawal you won't be able to do it as broker each time asked about for example my bank statement with all my transactions which is against the law. Don't do any business with them as you will lose you money!

I can say that Parenta Financial Services Limited is basically a great company. There are more advantages than disadvantages. The only disadvantage I can mention is the platform. I've seen more technologically advanced platforms, but overall I'm happy with everything!
