Please please don't ever trust this shower with your goods they just keep telling you its out for delivery then the driver called Steve has taken it back to depot then guess what the next day it again says out for delivery by you guessed it steve and unbelievably yet again at 18.00 hours he takes it back to depot again these must be the worst couriers in the world compared to these lot hermes are absolute legends and when I put on trust pilot how bad their service sorry I mean non service is they have the cheek to say its in breach of trust pilots guidelines well let me tell you something parcelforce if you followed your own guidelines and actually did what you are getting paid for by delivering peoples goods then there would be no need to leave a poor review so poor service = poor reviews
