When you make a claim, they take weeks to reply and then lie to you saying the parcel has been found and will be delivered. It however does not. Or they tell you the customer refused delivery and it is being returned, another lie. They just use any tactic possible to delay and cancel your claim.
Meanwhile you have to send replacements with Royal mail signed and get AtoZ claims from Amazon customers.
