From day one I was impressed by their customer service over the phone. Not only are they very fast and courteous, they are professionals at what they do although my logo was perfect when they created it a couple of years ago I just had an add on done to my logo for change of color and for animation purposes it was another great experience. Working with all companies should be this easy we are quick to point out bad service which we should but most definitely we should not forget to point out professional experts. I started working with Ricky Anderson back in 2019 - I was new in the digital industry. There were some ups and downs and initially it was a little bit hassle for me but throughout the project Ricky stood by me and guided me on what to do and what not to do to generate a good lead funnel. Kudos to the team Paragon Design.

Please be aware of Paragon Logo. They might seem great at communicating at first, but as soon as you encounter any issue, they disappear and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. They do not respond back to msgs left, texts, nothing. They do not answer the calls from the number that they know belong to you or your company (numbers you previously spoke to them with). If you call with a new number, they answer but as soon as they find out it's you calling about why they haven't finished the job you paid for, the line conveniently disconnects and you get an automated "sorry we are unavailable" msg when you call back with that number. Unless you can call with different phone number every time you call, don't expect to reach anyone from Paragonlogo.

It starts with a simple website creation, then you need this, and then this, and then this. The dollars keep climbing and you never get what is promised. Always something else needed. Amex has their number and I have had charged backs. The money you pay goes to individuals and not the company. When you do a charge back you get a call back asap from your POC yelling at you and demanding you remove the dispute. I have paid for services that were never done and attempted charges for items I did not need. Make sure you keep you Domain and Host under your control, you account or they will charge you for services you do not need nor want.

These guys are definitely fraudulent. As Natalie posted Randal was fired after having clients pay money and not delivering. I was promised a magento website because Randall said I would need it for heavy traffic but got website I would have created on godaddy. Then I was promised a mobile website and never got it. They stole $16,000 from me. I am reporting them to the BBB. I have messages from Randal and Adam proving these guys are liars. If anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit email me at *******@hotmail.com.

My business partner and I spent so much money and time with this company to get a simple website built only to find out that they were frauds! Of course they were having a "sale" on pricing! That's how they lure you in... don't trust that! "SUPPOSEDLY " 2 of the 3 people Alex and Randall who we were dealing with were fired for lack of professionalism which was communicated to me a month after I initiated the process and called and emailed constantly with NO RESPONSE, until we canceled the payment... Ridiculous! Now I can't stop them from blowing up our phone! NEVER trust people who show you who they are up front! TOTAL Crooks!
