I received the most atrocious treatment I ever have in my life from the manager at panorama. When I came to my last appointment, I was glad that a very mean woman was not at the window. So I told one of the people at the front desk that I was glad she was gone for the day. Then my therapist never came out to get me because the kid who was supposed to be assisting the therapists was not doing his job. He was also rude to the therapists And continued to share his responsibility. When I left the clinic that day, the main woman was back and she did not know that I heard her slandering me as I walked out. So at a request from some of the therapeutical staff, I wrote a letter to the supervisor of therapy. He sent the letter on to a man named Todd Ward. Todd called me up and ripped me a new one because I made him look bad by the letter I wrote. As I have spoken with people who work there, Todd is a narcissist, who is all about himself and that he's not a good leader. I was not going to put up with his abuse and so I told him that I would never go back there again and I hung up on him. So, this Megalomaniac had to have the last word and he wrote a letter replete with gross errors telling me that I could not come back and he stamped the doctor's signature. The doctor is too smart, careful, and stable to make these kinds of terrible errors but an egomaniac in rage will quickly put together letter and being so upset makes all kinds of mistakes in his hurried rage. Because he is the manager of their locations, I don't think this is a safe place for anybody to go to. In fact, look at the picture that I will insert because that tells it all.
