Poor quality workmanship
Saree was torn n damaged. Panashindia would not mail in a return slip. They know it will cost us $64 to $148 to ship back.

Ordered their Salwar Kameez for Eid this year, placed order on 9th May and got it 2 days before eid, 3rd June. My first time buying a customised dress online all the way from India. But, I was happy to get it in time for eid, and looks really nice :) Although it took a while to reach, more than 15 days, from 9 May, maybe because of the stitching time, their shipping and delivery were fast and I was able to track my order and received SMSes to inform that my parcel is expected to reach within a stipulated time and it did. The customer service thru Whatsapp helped me clear my queries and doubts altho she was probably busy. May take a while for her to reply but she will always reply. Good experience. Do not buy if u want the dress asap, as the processing will take a while.
Warning about this site. I placed an order for a dress on May 4th. As of June 2nd I have not received it. I have send a dozen emails to the company and all I receive in response is an automated email stating that someone will contact me within 48 hours... they never have. I have called the phone number on the website dozens of time and no one ever answers. I always receive a message that someone will return my call... they never do. Stay away from this company. They are thieves!
