Staff was helpful till the point of when it was collecting the goods. There were 2 services with which I thought was different couriers. One was DB shenker at £420 or something. And the other was £496 however the pickup date was a day earlier. I fleww out to Germany and said I'd need it picking up that date. The day of the pickup, DB shenker wanted paperwork. So I was flying back on the Wednesday they said they'd collect, so I was still able to go ahead with it. Their excuse was they needed to registers the goods with customs. Only to then get a reply saying Friday 1st November would be earliest!

2 days after my flight!

I then contacted pallet2ship who said they'll try get back, were absolutely no help!

My recommendation is to go with FedEx, way cheaper, quicker and reliable pickup. Then pallet2ship have the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee, so I will be contracting my bank.

I recycle and sell art supplies throughout the UK. Have booked a few pallets through Pallet 2 ship now and all were delivered on time. I had a few questions to ask as I have never shipped to Europe before and they told me exactly what I need. Thank you

I have used their parcel services a few times to send to the USA. Their prices are very competitive and their team on the phone helped me with the customs documents. I like that the website allows you to create an invoice for customs also. Called a few times and was always given the info I needed. Will be using them again.

I have used Pallet 2 Ship to send my customers large orders that are too big for parcel services and they have never let me down. Always call before collections and on time. Wouldn't hesitate to book them again or recommend

This is my first time to use the service from this company. The experience is really bad!

I have an pallet to be shipped from Germany to United Kingdom. I have place on order online on in mid Jan and completed the payment.

However, the company told me there is no carrier that can provide the service at the moment and asked me to wait. After several conversation finally they told me in early Feb there is an other carrier can be used but I have to pay around 40% more of the shipping cost. I have completed the payment again and they ask them to complete several documents which provide the information I have given them already.

The pallet has been collected for 2 weeks but there is no update from the company. I have to keep asking the status EVERYDAY but they cannot give me any information like where is the pallet!

The service is very poor. Don't use the service from this company!

It cost me £350 to get a quote from them!
I was trying to ship a pallet to Australia. First quote was £400. When I came to confirm the booking it had jumped to £700. But I paid it. Only after placing an order could I get a quote for the "additional handling fees at the other end". These came in at a whopping £700! What started as a £400 cost ended up at £1,400. Worst of all was trying to cancel after I got this doubling costs. Despite canceling straight away, more than 2 weeks before they were due to collect, they held 50% of my £700. Excuse was the space was already booked on the container. I would never ever dream of trusting a company like this again!

I have relocated from Manchester to London last year, and I used Pallet2ship to move my belongings. The whole experience was great. They even guided me through the packing process as it was my first pallet delivery. I booked an economy service and my goods arrived in 2 working days. I will definitely recommend their services, even to a first time shipper, as you get a lot of support from them. Thanks!

I got a quote to ship a pallet to France and settled on a 2-3 working day transit time. Despite advertising this, they then sent an email that stated 1-5 working days transit time. 6 wording days have passed and the estimated delivery time has passed with no updates form the carrier. I have contacted Pallet2Ship who have not responded. In addition to this, I was unhappy with the lack of information on the website regarding weight and measurements. They charged me extra because I did not include the actual pallet itself in the dimensions.

I used to use various different pallet and parcel websites before finding Pallet2Ship. After my first job with them I knew I would only book them going forward. I can call them and they respond to my emails very quickly, even before they open at 9am when I email out of hours. Their prices are good and I can't fault the services.

I recently used Pallet2Ship to send a package from the UK to Italy. Booked the shipment approximately one month ago, and I have to say, I am quite pleased with the overall experience.
The booking process was quite simple and straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and was able to quicky input all of the necessary information. 5. MAJORITY OF 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE, ON TRUSTPILOT, ON FACEBOOK OR ON GOOGLE ARE LEFT BY 1 REVIEW ROMANIAN ACCOUNTS AND THAT COMPANY IS OWN AND RUN BY ROMANIANS. FACEBOOK REVIEWS LEFT FOR THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE FROM THE SAME SMALL TOWN IN ROMANIA (AS YOU CAN SEE THAT ON FACEBOOK)

I always check Pallet2Ship when I need to book a delivery, about 1 or two a month, and they have always given a great service. Happy to help on the phone which is rare these days!

Not trusted in any way. Completely exploitative approach towards customers. Money grabbers even though you don't get any service. Hidden terms not shown you at the time of booking. Company registered in Britain but run by Romanian Director. Normally refunds take 2-4 days but here you will listen story of 15 days, means your refunds are being issued through Africa Jungles. Never dealt such a pathetic customer service, Where customers are being exploited, imagine it's in Britain. If you don't provide any service, ethically and logically, how you can do deductions and then hold funds for a long a time. We have been doing business over a decade in Britain, this experience was appalling and disappointing.
