I bought two jerseys from my husband from here after a friend of ours had a fair experience. Ours has been a nightmare. The jerseys came and were missing stitching in several places causing pieces to be loose and sloppy looking. I contacted customer service right away via their email and received no response. I sent weekly emails for a month and then reached out via fb messenger. Finally, someone got back to me on fb but was rude, told me I was lying, and took weeks to get back to me. I've asked for a supervisors name and phone number countless times because of how I've been treated and the delay in response with no information. The company apparently doesn't have a phone number but good luck getting in touch via email.
Products out of my expectations. Fast delivery time. 5 star rating. I recommende this site to everyone!

I have received 2 jerseys a few days ago and they are more amazing than I expect. I receive the enthusiasm customer service with quickly replying mails and significant advises. Hope your business will be more successfull in the future.
Absolutely horrible! The product is awful and it took forever to be delivered. I have been speaking to "Linda" for weeks now trying to get a refund and she will not let me. She keeps making up excuses and there is no way to get my money back

I ordered a jersey from this store in hopes of saving some money (can't pass up a good deal). It shipped from China even though the website says they are somewhere in CA or something. When I received the jersey, it was the incorrect size. Sounds like an easy fix, right? Wrong. "Linda" from support has been giving me the run around about replacing my jersey or giving me a refund since 9/24. It is now 10/12. There is not other way to get a hold of any sort of customer service, just emailing someone who speaks broken English. She has now been ignoring me for the past few days. This company is a scam. Learn from my experience and save yourself $50 and some frustration.
Contacted the store 4 times because the jersey was much too small to fit. They had me send pictures (which proved the jersey was too small) but said that the sizes could vary up to 2 inches. They won't replace or refund - even if I pay the shipping.
I am very confused when I read some negative comments about this store. I tried and my experience was very good. Good product quality, fast delivery time.
I just ordered 2 custom jerseys. The processing these custom jerseys time though rather long but the product I received did not let me down. This is a customized product that's worth the wait. The quality of the jersey is very good.
