It is truly a great service and would advice people to send in any art work they want done. The art work I had done was for my fiancée and her family after losing two of the most important people in there lives several years ago and I wanted to do something special for them, so the picture I sent is what I wanted done and it turned out perfectly.
My entire experience was perfect. We lost our beloved dog very unexpectedly a few months ago and they have painted a very lifelike memory of him.

My sisters and I purchased a painting of our mother and her dog. Want wife's grandmother passed away from COVID. She had a picture of her which she loved. Best decision to have it painted. She cried in happiness and sadness while seeing it and was in love with the gift.

I paid back in November because I got an offer for a portrait and paid for the express shipping. I had to go back and fourth with the artist, never once was I told that I had a deadline to meet to receive the photo in time. Today, get an email that my photo won't get here till 12/29/21, no help from customer service and there is no one in charge! Thx for screwing up the gift!
I would've gave the over all experience 5 starts except when I received the picture I was not happy with the fact that part of the painting from the bottom was not painted. It looked like a piece missing and that made the portrait look a bit odd as well as the corners.
My experience was just what I had hoped for! My artist was great to work with and the quality of the painting in the amount of time it took is truly awe-inspiring. My mom is going to love what I had done for her and I can't wait to see the joyful tears roll on Mothers Day! Thank you so much!

From start to finish it was a great experience. I was having a hard time find a good enough photo that they would accept of my father so that was a little difficult it we found one that worked. I got a draft of the work I wanted one thing fixed and they did it and I'm just amazed buy the art work!

We always see things advertised to look way better than the actual product. For our painting this was NOT the case. Every detail was perfect and the customer service was AMAZING. I'm one of those people who will send 100 emails with questions or requests and usually I will feel really annoying but they were so friendly ans helpful I didn't feel like a bother at all and couldn't appreciate it any more than I do. Definitely worth the price and would recommend them to anyone!

I was supposed to have the painting FEB 10th its been out for framing since Jan 27th. This is ridiculous and I understand things happen but waiting this long is not right. As it was a valentines day gift and well at this rate might as well be a Easter gift… If i ever get it. Will be asking for a refund soon.

Artist was very thorough. My mom loved it. She cried like a baby. The only downfall that I didn't pay attention to was the shirt on my dad was changed and my mom said he never wore button down shirts. So it was something I didn't notice.
This was a precious very special gift for my mom. The artist did a phenomenal job in capturing the details I wanted to make this as memorable as it could be. This is my third purchase and certainly won't be the last.

I had seen the ads about Paint Your Life for some time now, at first I did not thing it would work for the portrait I needed of my parents. See both of my parents passed away Dad on 2016 and Mom on 2021. We were all planning my daughters Quincenera (like a sweet 16) along with them. Now that they are gone her plans to be able to dance with them were gone. But thanks to Paint Your Life she will be able to dance with them one more time. I did not post an opening video because we want this portrait to be a surprise for the entire family! But we will be posting a video with her dancing with the portrait wearing her beautiful dress!
