Everything was going great until I tried to use the scratch paint pen. It bent terrible even before the pain came out. I couldn't finish my work.

Ordered 12 oz can received 6oz weighed. Ran out of paint halfway through spraying so I have to order another 2 bottles for small project.

Could not get touch up paint from Jeep. Heard about PaintScratch on a Jeep forum. Delivered in a timely manner. Color matches. Nice to also gave the clear coat.

After priming the pen and daubing off excess paint, I tried a touch-up of a small chip in my hood. The paint dripped past the side of the tip and poured onto my hood creating quite a mess. I was able to remove the paint but will have to transfer the paint to a shot glass and touch up using a fine brush. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed.

The reason I needed to make an additional order is because my last order of color (Willow Green) had only 9 ounces of paint by weight, and not the advertised 12 oz. I determined this by the measured weight of the cans when they arrived, in which the primer can and clear finish can weighed 16oz each (including the can weight) but the color weighed only 13oz.

Con: prices are an absolute joke. Find a local autobody supply with quality paint matching capabilities. With limited knowledge of autobody paint I was willing to make this order based on their match guarantee. For 150 dollar base coat quart I was expecting a high quality paint. You will receive ppg Omni matched. I ran out and purchased additional Omni locally for 50 dollars matched. 100 dollar additional markup is in my eyes robbery, and the same goes for their primer and clear. Avoid this company.

Ordered 2 paint pens at $17 each… it took awhile for my order to even get processed…. Received the pens and was disappointed with the quality of it…. The paint just runs out of them when used, it waste so much the end piece keeps falling out, total mess… for the price the pen quality could be a lot better!

I have used products from this company before and was generally satisfied. Only thing I was irritated is it took almost 3 weeks to get my order. This order went south quickly I placed my order Oct 6th was emailed a confirmation Bill the same day. Went to check status of my order on the 13th they had no record of my invoice. So I emailed them asking for status. The answer came back very short of info and customer concern that there was an issue and that it would process shortly. Checked status on the 18th of Oct it still hadn't been processed. Went to cancel the order and after reading there cancellation policy I would still be charged. Very disappointed in their service and lack of customer concern and answering your questions when you try to contact them. I think this will be the last time I order from them we will see how this order ends up but I would suggest read the return or order cancellation policy prior to placing an order as the say buyer beware my bad for not reading them.

Paint is good. It mostly matches — not perfect, but it's close. Customer service is really bad, though. I'll look for another vendor, next time.

Using the make and model number from the website in order to select Champagne Mist. NOT EVEN CLOSE! LOL.

I ordered brown dm 250 for a thor rv and they sent a blue metallic with that same number.

Don't want to have this reviewed. Possible an isolated problem, not a reflection on the product.

So far, so good. Shipping at $8.00 seems high for a single pen, but total is competitive. Update: The paint in the pen was kind of globby or thick and didn't work well to fill a minor crack. I could have sanded it out, but at that point I'd have needed to spray rather than just use a pen.

Spray can worked good briefly, at half can, clogging and spitting. Cleaned the spray tip multiple times to finish the job. Yes I shook can for two minutes first and shook during use. 75 degrees outside. Lot of money for a scrappy spray can. And they don't respond to emails, but only to see if you got it and a review.

The color was not even close. Would have been better off using Ford's touch up. Save you money

I'm a professional auto body painter of 58 years. I mixed my own paint. I check the color matching with great detail. My vehicle had never seen sunlight until I retire and recently moved to Florida where it is garaged. SO I know the color has not faded. WAY TO LIGHT

I sent questions about the color match. I got a response but was not solving the issue. Poor color match! They even spelled my name wrong. It's LeBrun not BRUN

Ordering was not intuitive second time around, I ordered some additional product and somehow my first order got duplicated along with it. The order confirmation was not clear and I ended up with too much paint with no way to return it! Please fix this issue. Thanks

Your cost you charge for a handling fee is rediculous ly high for the small item I purchased!

While the paint was just ever so little off, it may have had to do with the age of the old paint. When applied correctly, it looks nice and shiny. I had issues when trying to "fix" little areas with the clear coat. The nizzle is not focused. Its aerosols make the under layers dull. I guess, that is what I get for paying what I did.
I would rather pay a little extra for nozzles that can be adjusted for sharpness and angles than to buy this that is too hard to work with.

I had to return a clear pen which I thought was going to be a paint pen. It costs about $10.50 each. The return cost me $5.00. I could not justify keeping it and not using it instead of returning it and losing $5. Did not look too functional anyway.

I painted some on the test paper to compare color but before I could paint my scratch, the weather turned bad and by the time the weather had improved, the paint pen tip had dried up. I didn't realize that it is a one and done tool. I think it would have looked great if I could have used it.

The experience was basically seamless except the color I needed was not listed under the vehicle options. Once I searched the website data base though, the paint code came up with a slightly different name.
The auto body shop applied the paint and it looked very noticeably different in color.

Finally got a chance to use the kit this weekend. Match was terrible
