I purchased a bangle bracelet from Pacific Pearls. The design is beautiful and it is comfortable to wear. It looks like the picture online but exceeds my expectation by far! I've had so many compliments on this bracelet so far.
I ordered an 11mm soft pink pearl earrings but instead received a dark purplish- brownish pearl? What a disappointment! I can't recommend.

The site is good. I would setup the ability to copy the billing to shipping and vice versa. Also, the final billing page needs some ability to scroll.

The amazon or PayPal only options were confusing/frustrating at first. Based on the descriptions, site presentation, etc. I'm likely to recommend, however I can't answer the likelihood of repeat business until the transaction completes and goods are delivered.

Love shopping from you. BUT, you drive me nuts by sending those coupons with my purchases. The discount doesn't work if you use the daily promotion. I just throw out the discount coupons. Never can use!
Although the items I bought were at an extremely low price the quality of the clasps are awful on the necklace. If I send it it back can you put the same clasp on it for me? Also a coworker of mine bought a ring and it completely fell apart upon his wife trying it on. Customer service was nearly impossible for him to reach and when he did receive a call back the representative was rude and seemed like this poor quality he received was acceptable and a normal thing. This is the reason I would not recommend your services to someone else. Thank you

abalone articles were not the quality I expected. The magnetic clasp is too weak to keep the necklace together and comes apart very easily.
