It took 3 weeks to get my order which should have only taken a week! Pace Punches sent me the wrong parts and would not agree to pay the shipping to return my order. They have ridiculously long lead times, and they are not price competitive with the rest of my suppliers. Their customer service staff is nice, but not well trained or knowledgeable about the products or industry. They called me every day to receive their payment even though our agreement was 30 days payment terms. Not only did I lose money on the job my customer no longer wants to work with us as this job had a deadline that we unfortunately could not meet. Overall this was a horrible experience and I will not be working with this Pace Punches again.
