Great so far. Looking forward to seeing the quality. This is a gift so they haven't been worn yet.
Easy to follow directions. Delivery on time. But I don't like having to fill this out.
Love the selection. Excellent view of pictured colors.
Iiiiiiii like it! Very warm and soft. Very comfortable. Appearance? Check...fitment? Check...price? Fair. Timeliness of delivery? Fair in accprdance with holiday tymes. I would say there should be zero reservations about trying these out for oneself!
Your customer rep helped me decide on the correct size for my socks.
Love their socks! I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly.
Best socks ever. Easy to order. Came in very fast this time.
Fantastic. I cant wait to give these socks to friends & family.
Discount code on site didn't work, but I later received another code by email that worked.
Getting annoyed by emails asking me about
How the products are and my experience with them, when the products have not yet arrived. I do understand that the delivery kms do take time, so it would be nice if this questionar would be linked to the actual day, of drop off to me; and not show up before. Would like it if the socks did eventually, intact, show up. Will see.
Everything seems great so far, hope that when the socks arrive, all is great. Will see.
Ordering was very easy with lots of colors and styles to choose from!
Love these socks and the ease of ordering. Discounts are great!
It was very easy to figure what to order and make changes on the web site. I was trying to figure out how many pairs socks I could afford to buy for Christmas presents. I got some for me too - first time getting Alpaca socks. My feet are the happiest they have ever been. No sweating so no damp, cold feet. Love them
Easy Peasy. Smooth Experience. Everything from the shopping experience to the shipping experience was done without a hitch. Wish all experiences were like Pacas"
Love Paca products and customer service rocks!
All was good until I was hit with Import fees for Canada that put the price over what I pay for ultra premium product in high end Toronto stores.
Great display of options. Would have liked opportunity to mix basic tones though.
I had to email customer service and they were very quick and helpful to respond. Everything about the process was really easy.
I browsed through the available items and purchased socks and a scarf. The scarf was thin and I haven't tried the socks yet. A bit disappointed.

My girls love these I have purchased before and they asked for more
This time of year we should be able to use more than one code
I love, love, love, my paca's they are so comfy, soft, and warm. I've never had a better quality sock. I just put in another order! The shipping was fast. The order process was easy, and it wasn't hard to navigate around on the website. The store is great and the have a lot to offer. I'm pretty positive this will be the only sock I wear from now on! I really thought they'd be scratchy, boy was I wrong. So soft. Listen, I could go on for days, but I won't. However, I strongly recommend you invest the money and buy a set of these socks!

Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
