Looking forward to wearing these. They are very comfortable Thanks
Great selection, and it was easy to navigate the web site.
Very Easy to order. I got them as gifts, but they do seem very soft!
Very prompt response. I hope the shipment will arrive before Christmas!
About as stress free as it gets! These will be awesome on my mother's cold toes come Christmas morning!
A Christmas gift for my wife who has fallen in love with Merino wool and I have read this is even better.Lets hope that "I Chose well".
I ordered some Pacas socks for myself in Oct or first part of November. I received them in about a week. I love them so I thought I would order some for my wife. I ordered them November 26. I was told they would be delivered Dec 7. This is Dec 10 and still no socks. I'm hoping this is just a mixup on my order and they will get it straightened out.
Easy to use website and good selection of products.
I haven not received my order yet! Ordered on 11-26-23
Looking forward to getting product
I was so excited about getting some compression socks since I've had open-heart surgery and was in compression stockings for four months. I have CHF, and have started getting a little edema in my feet and ankles recently. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I was write on the "line" between small and large and measured the circumference of my calves. Of course, I'm disappointed, but I can't re-order right now. They are very comfortable, just a little too tight.
Difficulty with tracking and receiving the items. Poor communication with company
Ordering is easy and fast but the colors are misleading from the picture.
Love these socks and the web site is easy and user friendly.
I am very unhappy to find that the socks are a blend of wool and plastic (acrylic and nylon), not sustainable materials. I am and every one should be, avoiding adding plastic to our environments! I find ALPACAS' sales/marketing to be practicing false advertising.
Can't purchase baby socks. Website wouldn't let me select baby socks. It's frustrating. If it is because there isn't any inventory, that would have been nice to know.
The warmest socks that fit in all my shoes! I love all the colors?
Was trying to find sizing chart. Not sure which size hope I picked right size!
You worked to fix my problem of not getting a complete order in a timely manner. Thanks so much!
A bit hard to navigate around your site. Hard to get back to where I started. Appeared to direct me to PayPal again after I had paid..
Great quality and beautiful. The item was delivered on time during a high volume time of year.
You were out of the extra large men's plain black/grey socks. The large does fit for size 10 men's shoes.
Socks are SOFT! The elastic is a bit tight. I will cuff them for longer wear. They left marks after four hours wear.
Seems easy. But you were out of the extra large men's plain black/grey socks. I hope the large fits.
I bought 2 pair of women's gripper slippers. They fit great. The shipping took longer then expected.
Easy to order, love the free shipping, good discount offered
I already made my purchase i don't need to be told everyday about sales
I ordered the wrong size and don't know how to change it.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
