Oz Fishing Shirts

I paid for a shirt over a month ago. No contact or shirt. I have left two emails to find where the shirt is. They do not answer. Call the mobile number and It is not the business. Think this is a scam. Be careful looks like I have lost my money.

These guys are an absolute joke. I ordered Christmas presents for my brother and his wife 8 weeks before Christmas. The week before they emailed to say that unfortunately the shirts would not be delivered in time and that they haven't received the stock.

There's no phone number that you can call, they barely ever answer their emails. Honestly could have mistaken this for a scam company.

I have now asked for a refund and it will be interesting to see how long it takes them to reply.

Paid for a shirt early December 2022.
Emails apologising for late supplies, not delivered for Xmas.
Many emails promising delivery next week etc, with free gifts etc.
No delivery. Just more emails with delaying tactics.
Still advertising on FB, thousands of shirts to clear, buy two get one free.
But can't deliver just one shirt ordered over two months ago, and can't honour the payment, or offer refund.
Is this business now a SCAM?

Useless company, ordered shirts for Christmas gifts and they've never turned up. Quick to take your money but leave you with nothing to show. No answers, just generic emails and messenger replies that don't answer any of the questions asked. Disgusting customer service, absolute scam of a business don't touch them.

Extremely poor business practices, been waiting 10 week's still no progress.
Rang the number listed in yellow pages and he claims to have sold but all government search results still points to him owning it. Something fishy going on with this mob

Got half my order & have been waiting weeks for the rest. Just get a robot message saying will be sent & here for Christmas. It will never get here in time. There is no phone number to ring.
Terrible service. They don't even send an email & say it's held up. You get nothing & there is a lot of people saying the same thing but they keep taking down peoples comments. Won't buy off them again.

Don't order from this company.
You won't receive your order.
Next day shipping never happens. 9wks and still waiting. Won't refund and don't actually reply to emails it's just a system generated email. They never address the issue of not dispatching goods.
Also delete posts of fb page so customers can't see the negative feedback.

I ordered on 6th December I still do not have it refuse to refund and now don't answer. Lots of others in same boat they take down comments and remove negative feed back...there still taking orders when they haven't fulfilled the others.terrible customer service will not buy again. Now to go to acc try get my money back.

Ordered and paid for items on 20/01/2022. Order and payment confirmed same day. However in the last few days two phone calls to company unanswered, three emails no reply. They were quick to take order and payment, after that they don't appear to care. Fourteen days is unacceptable, I say this because I have used other online services and received goods within five days and this was at the worst covid time. I think I will be using other company's for Fishing gear and Apparel in the future. Totally disappointed in this Aussie Company. Have proof of Purchase but unable to submit at this time.

I recently purchased a fishing shirt from them and I have to say, I'm blown away by the quality. The material is thick and feels durable, which is important when I'm out on the water all day. The print quality is excellent - the colours are vibrant and really pop against the dark background of the shirt. And speaking of colours, I was pleasantly surprised at just how bright they were. The stitching is very neat and strong, which gives me confidence that this shirt will last me a long time. And the overall look and feel of the material is great - it's comfortable to wear and fits me perfectly.

Ordered a shirt 27 September, they lied about the stock arriving, told me I would have it before Xmas. In the end I asked for a refund. Never will I buy from these people again or recommend to anyone! USELESS!

I used to order alot of shirts from this company for fishing comps and just basically family and friend gifts. This last order disappointed me greatly. Order took months to get here. I tried to to contact them and I got short responses with no details and found out through the post office that they forgot to ship the order anout 3-4 weeks after i ordered. When I ask for a refund I again got very little details and was refused to the point I needed to seek legal advice from consumer affairs.

I've been looking for a good fishing shirt for a while now, and I finally found what I was looking for at Oz Fishing Clothes. The shirt I got is excellent - the quality is top-notch, the print quality is also great, and the stitching is good! Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Oz Fishing Clothes to any one looking for high-quality, stylish, and durable fishing apparel.

When I received my shirts they were even better then I expected, the design on them was amazing especially the Ned Kelly one. Sizing was perfect. The wait for delivery is well worth it.

Great quality and is exactly what was described. Will be coming back to buy for the kids and wife as well.

Follow up from previous review. More emails and chasing up... more and more excuses from seller. Check out how many terrible reviews this company has on their own Facebook page. Check out how many excuses! This company consistently makes excuses for items taking 4 or more months to arrive, incorrect sizes being sent, wrong items being sent or items not being sent at all. Admittedly after over 4 months I did receive a refund through PayPal... however that was purely due to the fact that PayPal stepped in. Had I paid through my credit card, I would still be waiting for a refund. I am not denying the shirts, if or when you do receive one, are of great quality and design. However, actually receiving the shirt is the problem. I only received part of my order. Their customer service is a joke and after continually chasing up my order after waiting over four months with all the excuses imaginable from this company when they do finally stop ignoring you and respond, I found I had wasted so much time and energy that dealing with their incompetence was too exhausting. Multiple emails and messages ( I sent 14 emails to this company and multiple fb messages).
After I finally received a response after a month of emailing, excuses ranged from covid, floods, shipping order went missing, business owner went camping and didn't have service to read emails (what camping for 3 months!), business owner went AWOL due to all the stress (this excuse has been used on more than one occasion)... and the myriad of other rubbish excuses as to why the company has taken your money and not sent your shirts and not answered any emails or messages from you. Do yourself a favour, spare yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. And look at the consistently negative reviews on their Facebook page. People are wanting to take action against this company!
This company is a disgrace for an Australian company!
