Does not honor warranty, bad fans

Was supposed to be issued a replacement for my defect regarding Ozeri Tower Fan, they said it was sent but never responded after or provided tracking number
If they ever do make their obligations, I will change this review. As of now Ozeri is horrible, do not buy they do NOT honor there warranties.
