Appalling customer service. Cancelled my order without any notification. When I complained they just used generic, automated responses that had no relation to my complaint or used phrases like ‘your order was not completed successfully'. Well yes, I know that but why? Kept being told to refer to my ‘financial institution' when it turns out they were out of stock! …or at least that was the last excuse.
Who knows what the truth was but the whole experience was exhausting.
Would have given 5*, if their Customer Support wasn't so poor. Returning 5 items and only 4 items were reimbursed. Their reply was: don't mix-up different orders, while I had printed seperate return labels and put them in the plastic bag of the underwear it belongs to. Very silly to put their reputation on the line for a small amount of € 12,95!
I don't have any kind of problem shopping from them. In this corona situation, they are providing no contact delivery, that's also a great facility provided by them. They left my product in my door so I didn't have to go to their office and collect the order. I am really happy with their products, quality and especially their price.
I tried to return a waterproof jacket that I spent €79 on in Portugal because the zippers on the pockets would stick. I wore the jacket for 2 hours and realized this. The manager and sales girl laughed at me and treated me like I was crazy. They wouldn't even do an exchange because the ticket wasn't attached. I have never been treated so badly. This was in Porto at Santa Catarina. I will never buy from them again and will be posting everywhere I can, including expat websites. These companies don't seem to understand that Amazon will get all their customers when this is how they do business.
I would agree with the previous review that OYSHO is "an absolutely awful company to deal with." However, I would disagree with the quality of goods. I have purchased some items in a store and the quality was fine.
I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 weeks. Customer service is not helpful at all. After several discussions, I still have no merchandise, and not even a refund was offered. This business model looks like a scam to me. I wish I did not deal with them or at least did not spend such an amount of money on their items. Avoid online shopping at Oysho.com
50€ Pants ripped on 2nd use. Contacted the company as something like this never happened to me and they did not agree to refund. I wonder why they have such a high price point for such bad quality as they admit that the item was not faulty - but how can it break on the second use?
I loved the brand but after this mistreatment I will never buy from them again and will definitely discourage anyone from spending their money on anything from oysho as there is no customer protection at all and it has shown how bad quality it is
Love the brand and the clothes, but absolutely despise their website and customer service. Sometimes your package shows up, sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't, they don't keep track so you have to online chat them to have them open a case and figure it out. Often the delivery has been lost, was never put it, ran out of stock, or has been canceled for whatever reason. Sometimes they cancel deliveries out of nowhere and you just get a random email about it. They don't have customer service over the phone so you MUST use the messaging app. The staff is extremely impolite, sometimes straight up incompetent, and just generally make your life difficult. They might afford to be this disorganized but it is really terrible for the brand and for the customer. Their website is also a nightmare as you never know if things are truly in stock.
I really love cozy shops with interesting things for the home. Oysho is one of those stores. Most often, I buy clothes from this store offline, directly measuring everything in the mall, but sometimes when there is no size in a stationary store, I order online. Delivery is free and very fast, usually, a courier brings my order to my door in less than a week (it is so nice that they have such door-to-door service). All my pajamas are from this store, I really like that things are made from natural materials (usually I order linen or cotton). Some pajamas are so pretty they can be worn outdoors too!
If you buy any item from Oysho you have to be sure that you are throwing your money to the garbage.
The nice designs doesn't hide the fact of bad quality that doesn't last two to three hours of wear.
When you head to the shop to address the issue you meet a bad manager that lacks ethics.
Personally, I love this brand for quite good prices and at the same time the excellent quality of the clothes. For example all of my sports clothes from Oysho it is quite comfortable for training. Also, they have excellent home clothes and pajamas that are made from natural materials, really love linen clothes and cotton T-shirts which are still the same after washing.
Quality very bad.
I Bought 2 pair of trousers and after second use they were unstitched and with holes.
I bought as well a pair of sandles and they broke on the first use ( Oysho has change them).
Price of Oysho if very expensive and quality it's very bad.

I was one of the regular customer, but these couple of recent orders were terrible. The quality was worse and after wearing them one, they shrank and became fluffy. Moreover, the london's store customer service is really bad and rude. Whenever I'm asking that I want to talk to your manager they saying that is not here and making excuse. Also when I want to collect my online order, eventhough Oysho emailed me and said that I can collect my order from. Store, but the staff sayinf that is not here and can't even track it and we cannot help you.
This is a plazzo. I fell very easy by wearing it. By wearing it i can run with great speed. I love this product. Whenever i wear this i look as as a Queen. I very lucky for this product. This plazo shifted on time. The cotton of this product is very silky. I am happy for this product thank you.
After receiving a pair of compression leggings with holes in them and threads hanging out of the seams I contacted customer service immediately as unlike most companies you cannot download a return label you have to request it. To say they made me jump through hoops for said label is an understatement. They insisted that I send photos of the leggings, their servers only accept a certain size file so after 4 or 5 attempts they finally received the photos which they then deemed unacceptable because you could not see the label! So I had to go through the process again, though I did inform them that under EU law I have 14 days to send back an item if I do not want it for a full refund so why they insisted on the photos made no sense, whether the leggings were faulty or not I am still entitled to a full refund, so much time wasting, quite unbelievable. I sent my fist email the day I received the leggings - 16th of March, it is now 14th of April, nearly a month later and still no sign of my refund. Having to contact them yet AGAIN they have started the time wasting process of now requesting a photo of my post office receipt from when the item was returned to them. Really an absolutely awful company to deal with, I've never encountered anything like it in my life. Only reason I can find for 1 star is the delivery time was decent but if I could give a minus number for the rating I would. Do not recommend the company or the products whatsoever 43.94euro later and all I have to show for it is a headache.
