Its been more than 11 days and I am still chasing them to deliver my parcel. The phone number doesnt work, whats app replies are so late and they dont care, neither the parcel is received nor they refund. I bought high value gift worth 4990 and have no trace of gift or money. Poor customer service, pathetic responses and no one cares.
Looks like Sharks need to invest a lot in this business to teach them even basic business ethics of customer delivery.
Warning for everyone who is thinking of buying from them. There are better gifting companies then Oye Happy. Buying from them was a biggest mistake.
They claim to deliver the product with their priority shipping service and charge an extra ₹250 for this. I ordered a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered today on the 5th May 2021, and I paid extra bucks for that. Since morning, I was told that it will be delivered in the next 2-3 hours. But it was not delivered and no one is now available to whom I can speak to. Order# *******.
Oye Happy go out of their way to consider my request (we were behind time) but also accommodated us with the most exciting gift. The lock down had prevented my family from getting together and Oye Happy came to our rescue. I will be failing if I do not mention Rupica, from the Oye Happy Team. She went out of her way to be in touch on whatsapp, gather the information and pictures for the content writing and the video, despite the less time available and it also being a week end. My father enjoyed the day, so beautifully put across by Rupica... continuously trying to guess - ‘who it could be?' Thanks, Team Oye Happy. We trust in you and will return - surely.
