Person takes things too personally when you reject an offer that's horrible. Even lower end cash for home buyers range from 50 to 70% and this person offers less and when you say you don't want to accept it he tells you you have an attitude and you're lucky you even got offered that because he saw what you bought the place for... low ball and thinks derogatory talk works!
