Within the last 10 days I ordered a pair of USA made Chippewa packer style leather boots from the http://www.otagominis.co.nz/ website at a cost of £83.01GBP (shipping costs included).
On delivery I found that I actually took receipt of a pair of Gucci branded boots that were an obvious cheap shoddy fake and probably only worth approximately £15.00GBP if that? On a closer examination the packaging label clearly cited that this shoddy product was from China?
I checked out their Shipping & Returns details only to find that they only had details in connection to delivery, there were NO details in regard to returns or refunds?
I duly attempted to make contact via their http://www.otagominis.co.nz/ website online message facility on several occasions to obtain returns and refund details but never, ever received a response of any kind?
My advice in connection to having any dealings with the http://www.otagominis.co.nz/ website in regard to ordering merchandise of any description is:
