I was one of 10K + backers of the Ossic X 3D audio headphones back in April 2015. Since then, all the investors have gotten is updates about delays, and posts about the creators flashing their rumored product at trade shows. Apparently even with the $2.7 million in Kickstarter funds, plus Indiegogo and other pre-orders, this company cannot manage to deliver a product. Do not invest, do not pre-order; stay away.

This company is a HUGE rip-off. I spent $319 in 11/2016. Still haven't gotten the product and it is Feb 2018. They refuse to refund me. They do not even have an estimate now of when I will be getting my product. I am quite upset. Just don't bother ordering unless you want to be scammed as I and so many others have been scammed. I wish I was exaggerating.

Their second to last update was that everything was fine. But then suddenly, some time later, their final up dates was the announcement of their bankruptcy. They raised 3.2mil in crowdfunding while they only asked 100k. The lack of transparency made this one of the darkest projects in crowdfunding ever. Too much effort in marketing and thinking ahead. Instead of serving your crowdfunding backers. Jason Riggs and Joy Lyons have definitely scammed, either on purpose or not. I asked one of the ex-employees politely, Sally Kellaway, what her say was on the situation on Twitter, just to get blocked. Professionals with etiquette do not do this, unless there is something very fishy.
