They are scammers too

This company is linked to ecommerce, they are linked to different companies, ALL OF THEM ARE FRAUDE, SCAMMERS, like Janenisa or Janeniza, For tracking they take you to pages like 718 track or 17 track where you will see an endless journey from Guanzhou to Dongguan and then to Duangdon. Then it went ot Los Angeles, then to Las Vegas, and then to Georgia, then to Miami. It takes 3 weeks and finally they will tell you it was delivered, and that if you did not get it to ask your neighbor. ANother company that is also a scammer is Amberoux. They answer you from an email "shophelp", same domain as the other scammer companies I found. Another company that si a scammer is vigonts.com that used to advertised a web called JCP discounted store. Vigonts also had OSM involved and had the same endless journey that they showed you in 718 tracking and at the end "DELIVERED", after more than 3 weeks, but delivered where? When I went to ask them, the website does nto exist anymore. Another website that is a scam is Vidalisa and again OSM name comes up.

The Worst Carrier

Updating takes days. My package has been sitting 5 days only 6 hrs. Away and OSM hasn't responded to my inquiry. This is the epitome of incompetence. Order# 61abbf73fc4a73e69cbecdb7

Tip for consumers:

Avoid any company using OSM Worldwide.

Worse shipping company ever!

This has to be worse shipper in the USA. They picked up a package I brought on Dec. 8th 2020. On Dec 12th it was in Easton PA early morning of the 13th they sent the pre-shipping info to the USPS. It is now Dec 22 and the USPS still does not have the package that should have been delivered in Dec 15th. I called OSM first got a message saying they were with a customer or on another call press 1 to leave a message. Well hard to leave a message when the voice mail box is full. I tired for two days never was able to leave a message as the voice mail was never cleared. I sent an email through their website, there was no auto message to say it was received and if it was it that was never answered, Finally on day 3 I got someone to answer and was told they package with the post office. It is not with the post office and when I push for more information the girl who had answered hung up. I kept trying got back to someone and asked for a manager I got someone named Jennifer she repeated they had left the package with the post office on the Dec 12th, I asked who was the head of the company she said she could not say. I asked several more time was finally said it was someone named James. Kept asking for a full name was told the president of the company is James Kelly and I asked to put through to his office, Well that got me his voice mail, where I left a message with me name and number! Like with the Email I have had no reply and the item that should have been delivered on the 15 in plenty of time for Christmas will not be delivered in time because of the inept services of OSM Worldwide. This company is a joke and should not even be in business. This company is not even accredited by the BBB where has only 1 star out of 5. On Trustpilot OSM 3% approval rating with 1% as poor and 95% bad!
