The shoes I ordered were what I expected, but I would like to return one pair. There was no paper work in the box. I am having to be a detective to figure out how to return them. I like them but they make a funny noise with each step.

I ordered a woman's medium as I wear a size 9 shoe but the boots footbed was too large and I couldn't wear it. Went back to the boot I was given by the hospital.
