Even during this Pandemic shopping here online has been easy, hassle free and quick shipping. I live in Hawaii and love Farmhouse fresh products however, the direct site for their products for shipping is just about the retail price of all the products, so I would have to pay double to purchase from them. The spas here that carry the product is closed due to quarantine, so I am thankful for the free shipping, the extra discount whenever a purchase is made and the incredible fast shipping to Hawaii. I truly do appreciate it! Mahalo!
I ordered 2 Sothys serums and they sent only one. I sent them a photo and asked about the rest of my order and heard nothing back. This was an expensive lesson. I recommend not ordering 2 of the same thing from this company.
website complicated and very slow. had to do chat to get the charge card portion to work. if clicking use amazon account it goes to a blank page.
Web site difficult to navigate. Ordered before, sent email, only heard back once with no name on the email so I have no idea who wrote to me!
The shipping time was very disappointing....was peomised two day delivery and has to email three times asking whaere my order was, until I got a response.

I have an email of 11/13/2019 - Last Chance to get 20% off On Your First Order with a VCE4-3TV9-E65L printed within a box ... I entered that as a Coupon Code ... it calculated the 20% off ... and then reversed the 20% discount saying the code didn't belong to me. I was not able to activate the Chat Option having tried several times. Because I rant out of patience and out of time I entered the love18 for a 15% discount. Would have liked the 20% as offered.
Website easy to use. However customer support needs to be more helpful when parcel was sent to wrong address (not sellers fault). Agent said: step outside to your nearest post office to get help as I'm based in NY and can't help. WTF if I could step out I won't be asking for your help ?!!
