This company sells high quality organic products. I researched the ingredients at other bulk companies and found them loaded with cancer causing chemicals. When I found organic creations I was able to use their lotion and other bases with confidence that our customers were not using dangerous chemicals on their skin or soaking in chemicals in their baths. My orders have always come on time and I am never disappointed.
I was at first very excited to order from organic creations. I ordered my products on the 2nd of September and my products stayed at costumes. I've spent a full time job of time and energy trying to receive the product. They have sent the products late, they didn't have two of the products I ordered. They claimed I should pay for the FedEx fees and 25 percent of my products that I needed to return to sender because after another delay of my package being delayed at costumes for another week. I've never seen my package. We are now the 26th of September and I still haven't had a reimbursement. I would highly recommend not buying anything if your an international costumer because I'm located in Canada. The above and beyond that they ask for costumers is pretty arrogant and they have contradicted themselves from the beginning of my communication with themes until now. If you order from organic creations make sure you know they do not hold up their end of any contract and willl even go against any laws to make sure they have your money without taking any responsibility for their end of any bargain. It's a big headache, it's time consuming for no reason and it's pretty sad that they don't care about their costumers. It can become a legal issue if your not aware and careful. As you see my invoice. It's been a while to receive any kind of money back and I'm Canadian so it's double that and trying to get me to pay FedEx fees on top. So thank you FedEx for writing me a letter that I do not owe anything to this company.
First I was very excited having found that company. I contacted them with a couple of questions but only got one not very sufficient answer from Barb. She gave me the feeling she is not interested in doing business with me on a professional level. This email already caused a bad feeling inside of me, so I decided not to buy from them. After reading all the comments, I knew I made the right decision.
I've ordered from them several times over the past year. Prices are good, but the delivery time is very long and the packaging is terrible. In one shipment a powdered substance exploded because of the flimsy plastic bag and coated everything in the shipment. I have also found mold growing in one of the butters and had to discard. It wasn't worthing following up with the owner because I couldn't spare the time. newdirectionsaromatics.com is a very professional company with outstanding service and great packaging is. Can't be beat! Elementsbodyand bath.com has good prices and very fast shipping. wholesalessuppliesplus.com is also good.
Besides the 2 1/2 weeks to receive my order (ordered june 5 and recieved june 23!) AND the frustration with using the cumbersome website, when my order finally arrived, the packing was pitiful! I've ordered from many similar businesses and have been so impressed with the careful, meticulous and outstanding packing job they provide. We are ordering precious oils, hydrosols, carrier oils and special additive ingredients and chemicals that require some degree of cautious and delicate packing. When my package arrived the contents were placed in the box haphazardly with only a handful of packing peanuts. We're talking about a Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate size box with a mere 43 peanuts in it! For that size box, what's the point! That's borderline for a small box! If it hadn't been for the fact that some of the contents were powders and shea butter stuffed in a Ziploc bag to protect it some, I'm certain some of the bottles would have burst. BUT they didn't even make use of the 'soft' contents by surrounding the fragile items with them. Frankly I was surprised none of the contents burst or broke. So, with all those elements going for them, I'll continue to do business elsewhere, with a company who takes pride in their products and service and welcomes repeat business. Which reminds me, many of the others throw in little samples of some of their other products. Organic Creations MIGHT have redeemed themselves some, albeit ever so slight, had they done that. I WON'T return and do NOT recommend them to anyone! Good for you if you're reading this BEFORE you order! Keep in mind, these items I've noted do not even include an 'extenuating' circumstance. This IS their 'norm'! So sad. BTW, I can highly recommend the following websites for great service and outstanding products, even impressive at times: lotioncrafter.com and makingcosmetics.com are my favorites, theherbarie.com, thesage.com, and if you're into 'fragrance' oils, wellingtonfragrance.com were also highly regarded! You'll be pleased!
