I ordered an item & paid Venmo, paid the additional $25 for flat rate shipping. Received the invoice, then get a demanding email from a freight company (that had no Google footprint), requiring $150.00 fully refundable (right) insurance deposit. I've requested a refund or just ship another way….complete silence! Well, the freight folks keep hitting me up….till I told them they have been reported to the FTC as fraudulent. I'm going to continue to post this, in hopes they don't screw anyone else.

Like many other reviews found here and elsewhere online about this outfit doesn't accept credit card payments, takes Venmo or crypto instead, then proceeds to attempt to scam the unassuming buyer again with a fake courier asking for an additional 'redundable insurance fee' to deliver the item (in my case asking for $215 extra beyond the $25 shipping I had already paid to purchase) Stay away!

I bought a ar15 trigger I didn't received it any tucking number or shipping number once I received the Priority Global Delivery company asked for 250 dollars to bitcoin, don't go to this store they're totally is laundry money for someone and scam people

$#*!ing scammers. I paid 250 USD for the item and then they asked me to pay additional 200 for shipment. Another red flag sign is that you have to pay with bitcoins. And of course, no reply from them whatsoever.

They make this process very easy and their instructions on how to complete your purchase is really important. Almost make it foolproof.

Many great things listed for sale here. Entire process from search to purchase was very easy. I had a great experience. Delivery was on time, couldn't ask for better.

Never had a problem with ordnancedefence.com and even my last week purchase of a sig sauer 1911 was a huge success.

It is a scam. After buying you are contacted by a shipping company who wants more money for "insurance" before they can deliver. I did not pay the shipper, canceled the order. Ordnance Defence said I would be refunded after they got the package back, the shipper said they would not send it back due to no "insurance". Both companies stopped replying to me. I reported both of them to the authorities and contacted both companies an informed them they had been reported. Do not buy from them.

Extremely satisfied with my recent purchase through ordnancedefence.com. But, I've always had a seamless and easy process purchasing firearms for the past few years, paying their way was a bit stressful but completely worth it. I would be shocked if it was anything else.

Only accepted Zelle as payment. Then said it was shipped. Shipping company then wanted Insurance payment that was "100%" refundable. Ordancedefense never responded back with any of my request. Logistics Freights said they never received my payment, request another payment. Total Scam!

Got a rare to find Gravity knife from ordnance defence at a great price. I have been searching the internet for this knife for a long time. Had one before but sold it for more than I got it, later decided to get another but the search was a nightmare. Big thanks to Ordnance defence for ending that search.

They take payment via zelle and pretend to ship through a fake delivery website that asks for a "refundable insurance" payment to try to take more money from you. Never ship and never return messages. They WILL steal your money.

They take your payment via Zelle and then ghost you. I paid for parts and never received them. Then they refuse to show tracking or refund the funds, crooks.

The product I purchased was the exact product that arrived to my door. It was shipped right away and I didn't have to wait long for it to show up. The price for the product to including shipping was better then I could find in any stores and the quality is on point. Will do business again in the near future.

Great site to find and purchase firearms. They also offer great prices. We need to support the sites that support our 2nd amendment rights.
