I subscribed to one of their newsletter on Sept. 9, 2015 with automatic monthly credit card charge. Did not send me a password and all the links were not working, so I was not able to access their website. I subsequently asked for a reimbursement since they were not able to provide me the services I paid for. They acknowledged recepit of my request and that they will oblige. As of today Oct. 10, 2015 I have not been credited the amount I was charged and, as if all this lousy customer service was not enough, an attempt was made to charge me another month !!!! Fortunately, envisaging that this could happen, I asked my bank to block the card, otherwise there would be no limit to the damage they would have caused me. In my opinion, either they have unreliable, inefficient staff resulting in a mess in their office or if this is done intentionally then it is up to you to judge.
