On 31 December 2017 I bought a sweater at OnyxHearts. I have not received anything yet and do not receive an answer to my emails! Worst website ever! If you want tot get rid of your money without getting anything for it, you should definitely buy something there...

I've placed an order on December 1,2017. We're now May 4,2018 and I still haven't received my ordered items. The first time I asked for an order status, I got an answer that my order would ship any day. This was on February 5,2018. On my two following emails, they didn't even answer. The company is one big fraud.

Bought two pairs of jeans. Had to return 1 pair and the Exchange that I received back took about 2 weeks to arrive. Could've been a little faster but happy overall. The jeans I got are the same you'd find at Nordstroms or some other over priced place for like $150. Good quality and are exactly as appeared online.

August 2017 was a long time ago now... Returned item (sizing issue- Men's Large compared to Child's Medium... maybe) -- Onyx Hearts has the jacket I returned (out of pocket expense)... $89.00 of MY money... I received NOTHING from them but the bad taste left in my mouth from having dealt with this company -- Greedy, dishonest frauds! Good job Onyx Hearts -- You fooled me... Rating? There is none for "NO CLASS"

If I could there was a negative star rating for this company It would be. Rating them a one isn't even worth it. I ordered a shirt in December 2017 and still waiting, its may 2018. I went through their help email and didn't even hear a response. This place is fake.

Do not get anything from onyx hearts all items are very fake and can take up to 11 months to receive item or could possibly not get the item at all. If you contact them to check on the status they get upset with you threaten to keep the product and your money and try act like its your fault easily the worst online shopping experince ive ever had

SCAM

Ordered in February 2018, still had not received 2 months later, sent two emails, no replies. Sent a third email October 4, still no reply and it is now October 20th. Safe to say this is a scam and they take your money and you'll never hear from them or get your merchandise.

Scam, do not bother

Websites says they are a company in the US but they are not. Item took over 1 month to arrive and it was sent from China, never gave me a tracking number. Charged me $60 and sent me a super low quality fake Champion hoodie. Please don't bother buying from them, it's a scam.

First let me start by saying their phone number is for pest control! DO NOT buy from this scamming business! Never received order from04/28/2018 called & sent emails trying to get a refund, they say they will get back to you & stop replying! Don't waste your time or money with them!

Needs to be shut down!

I made an order back in Decemeber and have yet to receive it! I have called, left messages, multiple emails, and still have not gotten a honest reply. I was told by support to expect my item in another two weeks. Well, it's going on three months and still nothing. I wished I would have googled this company before hand because their business practices are the worse! I have requested a full refund and they have denied me that as well. I just want my money so I can walk away from this company! For all of us on this site should repost these reviews on FB to ensure they no longer get away with doing this to others! Just ridiculous! The one star is for their success in fraudulent activities!

I had a pretty easy experience. Got a dad hat and hoodie and both came in about 2 weeks. I bought off of their store on WANELO. I'd shop again and I didn't have the same experience as the other person and every store has its issues of course when shopping online.

Worst company ever!

I would have rather spent double and triple my money than to deal with this company! I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have advised me there are many complaints against this company. Don't waste your time, money, believe me you will regret it.

Supreme Hoodie!

I ordered my son a hoodie back in March, two months have passed still no Hoodie, the website says it will be delivered within two to four weeks LIES! I have spoken to one person who just keeps telling me some Bs $#*! story about the hoodie being a hot item blah blah, but she t will be shipped out real soon! Two months later the hoodie still isn't here, nor has anyone called or emailed to let me know what is going on! I will NEVER order from this place again, very unprofessional!

Ive been waiting for tracking information have yet to recieve it but before that Eric assured me both my brothers sweaters would be here before may 7th which was a saturday LIESSS, He said one would be shipped out the previous saturday! Never happened. Then after he blamed it on dispatch he promised it would be shipped that wednesday ( priority =2days) give or take it should of been here saturday. Again LIESSS! Today is Tuesday 5-10-16 & i have yet to recieve any shipping information. All together ive probable called Eric 30 times collectively. And he seems to be the only csa answering probably the only one there. In addition there is never a manager or supervisor or any one that can make decisions around. I WILL NEVER be ordering again nor will i suggest this site to any one!

If I could rate this site a 0 I would, honestly the worst expierence I've ever had shopping online, they might as well take your money and send you an email saying you just got scammed so atleast the break the news to you quickly, I ordered my package on 7/9/17 and no sign of it, I've emailed the company and guess what... no reply back... omg I said it... NO REPLY BACK, I called there hotline and it's completely fake. They play the waiting game saying they will get a representative to assist you but will but you on a quiet hold... where after 10 mins of holding they will quickly hang up. This is a FAKE WEBSITE. $#*! THEM!

Hey - figured I'd leave my 2 cents since I had a ton of help from Pamela on my package on the 2nd order I made. The first order I placed was around the 'Cyber Monday' time and it seemed like the order took like 2 months to arrive (I think it was like 40 days but you get the idea). It was my first time ordering and I wasn't happy with the shipping time at all. It was however a test order to see how long it would take and if it would even show up. It was definitely shipped and arrived though. There was a sweater I did see that I wanted when I placed my first order and I was reluctant to make a big order (because I hadn't shopped there before) until I knew it would actually arrive. When I ordered the sweater on the second order, it arrived in like 15 days (shocking I know lol). But I was having issues tracking the order after the tracking info was emailed to me for what seemed like a week. I had a couple of email tickets back and forth with an employee named Pamela and she was pretty helpful in tracking it dow. It seemed to be one of those cases where USPS doesn't update any info and then it dang near all updates in a matter of days and you receive. Weird. The lady Pamela mentioned that they had made strides to improve their shipping and had been delayed two or three times from the large amount of orders from the Holidays + Chinese New Year (whatever that means). But this is my experience and I wanted to go out of my way to let people know and mainly to give a good review on the help I got from Pamela there. Maybe she'll get a raise :)
