As a busy mom, I rarely have time for extensive hair routines. The curly clip-ins I purchased from ONYC Hair have been a lifesaver. They're easy to clip in, and the texture is just like my own hair. I was worried about them looking fake, but they blend in so well. Plus, they're durable - I've used them multiple times, and they still look as good as new. Perfect for those days when you want to feel a bit more glamorous without the hassle.
Unfortunately the worst purchase I have ever made. The pictures speak a thousand words. This is 18 inch light relax hair- washed and deep conditioned out of the package and never warn. It sheds, tangles, and matts up excessively (literally the comb shows entire strands pulling out when combed. ( You can see all the hair on the floor from one comb through.) The photo shows one bundle wrapped in 4 rows. The bottom 6 inches of the hair is completely thinned out. All the hair is very messy and shredded with several different lengths. I took a chance even though there is no returns - you pay for shipping and shipping to "exchange" only- if you can get the customer service rep not to give you an attitude. Please don't make the same mistake.
The quality of the hair is great! But not sure why I paid $20 for shipping within the U.S. I convinced my bff to order from here as well. And although she paid $40 for 2 day shipping (yes I said $40) & ordered on a Friday, she didn't get it until the following Thursday! Only a day after me & I ordered a couple of days later. Then to make things worse, UPS tried to deliver during the time we work & a signature was required. And of course that means they sent it to a UPS location. So that meant we both had to use our gas & additional time to get our packages. And of course, when I get there, UPS says my package won't be there until Monday! With! And why are we paying for shipping when we've paid hundreds of $ for the products anyway? Why wouldn't the company offer free shipping to retain their clientele? Very disappointed in that & unsure if I can justify paying for this kind of service again...
Hair is ok. Doesn't hold curls and sheds wayyyyy too much. But it's ok. Wish it came in jet black. But overall I'm getting my money's worth.

I purchased the relaxed texture hair, while it looks natural, it is constantly shedding throughout the day. It also does not hold curls well at all, it is best to purchase if you are going for straight styles. Not helpful when your hubby loves to see you switch it up...

In addition, you can opt for The USPS regular mail which starts at $10 instead of UPS 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT which are much more expensive.
